We also chat with Stephen and Tracy Drayton who are the passionate team behind the family owned and operated Ivanhoe Wines. As the fifth generation of one of Australia’s oldest winemaking families, Stephen may just have wine running through his veins, but Tracy says the wineries reputation for ‘Big Gutsy Reds’ may have more to do with the nutrientdense volcanic soils on the slopes of Mt Bright where the vineyard’s red grape varieties are grown.
