We are thrilled to introduce our refreshed menus at Woodbridge Golf & Country Club, carefully crafted to elevate your dining experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite after a round of golf, enjoying a leisurely lunch with friends, or indulging in a delightful dinner, our new offerings are designed to delight every palate.

Bar Menu Highlights

Our updated bar menu features a variety of delicious options that pair perfectly with your favorite drink. We're particularly excited to introduce our new Flatbreads. These versatile, shareable dishes are sure to be a hit, whether you're looking for a light snack or a more filling option. Choose from the Garlic Chicken Flatbread, featuring a garlic white sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, red onion, and arugula topped with balsamic glaze; the Pepperoni Flatbread, a classic favorite with red sauce and mozzarella; or the Pesto Veggie Flatbread, a vibrant mix of zucchini, squash, red onion, spinach, and mozzarella. These new flatbreads offer something for everyone and are perfect for pairing with a cold beverage.

Lunch Menu Features

Our lunch menu continues to offer fresh, flavorful dishes, with some exciting new options to try. We’re introducing several new items that are sure to become favorites:

Three Avocado Tacos: These flavorful tacos feature pankobreaded avocado, pico de gallo, sriracha crema, and cabbage slaw, all wrapped in soft flour tortillas. They’re a delicious, vegetarian-friendly addition to our lunch offerings.

Roasted Butternut Squash Salad: A hearty and healthy choice, this salad combines baby kale, quinoa, fennel, and a toasted walnut vinaigrette. It’s perfect on its own or can be ordered as a wrap for an extra twist.

Steak Sandwich: This robust sandwich features a 10-ounce New York steak served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and garlic ciabatta, topped with bearnaise sauce. It’s a satisfying option for those craving something substantial.

Additionally, we’ve heard your plethora of requests for healthier, vegetarian options for the menu. We’re excited to introduce a new Vegetarian Options section on the lunch menu, catering specifically to those looking for plant-based meals. This section includes:

Three Sweet Potato Tacos: Gochujang-roasted sweet potatoes with cabbage, sriracha crema (omit if vegan), avocado, and cilantro, all served in flour tortillas.

Grilled Veggie Sandwich: Roasted red pepper hummus, grilled zucchini and squash, lettuce, tomato, and onion on ciabatta bread.

Pesto Alfredo: A creamy pasta dish that can be enjoyed on its own (omit the cream sauce and sub marinara sauce if vegan).

These vegetarian options ensure that everyone can find something delicious to enjoy, whether you're a vegetarian or simply looking to try something new.

Dinner Menu Highlights

For dinner, we’re pleased to offer a selection of dishes that cater to various tastes and preferences, with options to customize your meal with different sauces and sides.

Start with an appetizer like the Duck Carpaccio, served with sugar-cured pear and onion, or the Ventresca with heirloom tomatoes and lemon oil.

Our pasta options include the Sun Dried Tomato Angel Hair Pasta, which can be enjoyed with chicken, shrimp, or short rib, allowing you to tailor the dish to your liking. The Chicken Osso Bucco with Angel Hair also offers a choice of sides: Normandy or Calvado Apple Slaw.

When it comes to entrées, you'll find plenty of choices. The Poached Salmon can be topped with either a Cajun Hollandaise or a Lemon Beurre Blanc, while the Flat Iron Steak offers a choice of Blue Cheese Crust or Compound Butter. The Tomahawk Pork Chop is served with your choice of Tropical Salsa or Apple Chutney, adding a personalized touch to your meal.

All non-pasta dinner entrées are served with the vegetable of the day and your choice of mashed potato, baked potato, or rice, making for a complete and satisfying dining experience.
