Overall Low Gross: Russ Humphrey 68 – 70 = 138 (-4)

Overall Low Net: Dan Dietrich 66 – 71 = 137 (-5)

Golf Rules

Previous Question –

In Four Ball format, the side (Player A + Player B) lists the team’s score in general on their scorecard for a hole, and not which partner made the score. What’s the ruling?

Answer –

It is not enough to identify a score as the score of the side in general. For each hole:

• The gross score of at least one partner must be entered on the scorecard.

• There is no penalty for entering more than one partner’s score on the scorecard.

• Each score on the scorecard must be clearly identified as the score of the individual partner who made it; if this is not done, the side is disqualified.

This Month’s Question –

A player removes a broken tee touching their ball in the general area causing the ball to move; there is a penalty of one stroke and the ball must be replaced on its original spot. True or False?

Cart Driving

Reminder to please observe these cart driving rules at Woodbridge:

• Keep carts 40 feet or more away from greens (Handicap Flags - 20 feet or more).

• Carts must remain on the paths for all Par 3’s.

• Observe cart directional signs, stakes & ropes.

• Do not drive over curbing.
