The evening will feature a five-course menu expertly paired with selections from Frank Family Vineyards, one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated wineries. Each course has been carefully crafted to enhance the flavors of these exceptional wines. Begin your journey with a crisp Chardonnay Reserve, perfectly paired with an arugula and pear salad. Savor the rich notes of Pinot Noir with the Peking Duck Bao, followed by a decadent Beef Wellington matched with the full-bodied Reserve Cabernet. The culinary adventure continues with an elk rack complemented by the Winston Hill Cabernet, before concluding with a delightful strawberry shortcake paired with a sparkling rosé.

Frank Family Vineyards, founded in 1992, is renowned for producing some of Napa Valley’s finest handcrafted wines. Located in the heart of Napa Valley, their vineyards benefit from the region’s unique terroir, allowing them to cultivate grapes that result in wines of remarkable depth and complexity.
