Hydraulic hose for drop-in replacement

QualiďŹ ed to one million impulse cycles, the MegaSys MXG 4K hydraulic hose is a lightweight, compact, highly exible, drop-in replacement for conventional spiral hoses. Gates XtraTu Plus cover, a standard upgrade on MXG 4K, oers improved abrasion and ozone resistance, providing improved durability when powering the most demanding uid power applications. Tested under the same conditions as Gates’ EFG4K MegaSpiral hose, MXG 4K oers: •

Expanded I/O options for RMC200 The new U14 module combines several dierent input and output types in a single module, increasing conďŹ guration exibility and enabling RMC200 conďŹ gurations from 2-axis to 32-axis, in 2-axis increments. The U14 complements the family of other high-density RMC200 I/O modules with a smaller number of a wide variety of I/O types. With the U14, users can add up to two extra control axes, bring in a variety of dierent reference input signals, or simply add additional analog and discrete I/O, all within a single module. The U14 analog I/O features four 18-bit resolution analog inputs and two analog drive outputs that are software selectable between Âą10 V, 4-20mA, or Âą20mA. Two high-speed channels are software selectable as Serial Synchronous Interface (SSI), Magnetostrictive Start/ Stop or Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM), or Quadrature Encoder inputs. Two high-speed discrete inputs provide homing or registration for the high-speed channels. Finally, there are four conďŹ gurable, individually isolated discrete 24 Vdc I/O points.

Ultimate exibility: MXG 4K is 40% more exible than conventional spiral hoses, reducing the amount of force needed to route, allowing for faster and more ergonomic installation. Unrivaled weight reduction: At 30% lighter weight, MXG 4K improves equipment performance, material handling, installation and ergonomics. Compact design: MXG 4K is, on average, 8% more compact, providing an easier ďŹ t that also enables upsizing hose selection for increased power. Leak-free: <0.05 sccm Excellent Linearity: <4% of full-scale Repeatability: <0.5% of full travel

Wire-actuated encoder for 12 m measuring The new SG121 wire-actuated encoder is suitable for measuring lengths up to 12 m and is both resilient and exible. Long measuring lengths and a compact housing are requirements not only common in intralogistics and with manufacturers of mobile machines but in stationary machine construction as well. It is an important factor in the choice of sensors for new machine concepts. The new SG121 wireactuated encoder is unique on the market with its installation depth of just 70 x 85 x 105 mm. But the space-saving wire-actuated encoder makes no compromises when it comes to sturdiness. The robust aluminum housing, coupled with impact-resistant plastic, survives even the harshest of operating conditions. Temperatures between –40 and 80°C, high shock and vibration loads, dirt, dust, and water make no impression on the wire-actuated encoder. For outdoor applications in low temperature ranges, a version with integrated water drain holes is also available. This prevents water that has penetrated the sensor from freezing at below-zero temperatures and thus increases the service life. 132
