I. Organizing Committee President Position Available: 1 Responsibilities: - Create Action Plan for the conferences with the OC Team (Timeline, Marketing, Delegate Experience, External Relation) - Manage the whole Implementation of the plan to meet the goal and objectives of the conference - Trouble-shoot issues throughout the conference process - Be the main accountable person of the project consisting of decision making and representative - Be the main communication channel between Conference Manager and OC Team - Ensure Team Minimum Implementation on each OC - Organize Regular Meeting: Team and 1-1 - Manage each and every OC performance and learning points - Facilitate communication by making sure clear message delivered in the OC Team - Unite the team as one by making sure each OC understands the importance of team collaboration and its execution - Be able to work 15-20 hours per week physically and virtually for the project. Recommended working style: 1 hour at the office and 2 hour virtually every day

Organizing Committee Vice President of External Relation Position Available: 2 Responsibilities: - Raise Sponsorship to support the conference and agenda management - Create effective External Relation strategies - Maintain and keep on track with externals on a regular basis - Create ER Output and report to submit to Conference Partners or Sponsors - Have great working synergy with OCVP Finance and OCVP Delegate Experience in order to make sure decent process of ER - Work collaboratively in the OC Team and assist OCP to manage the project and spend at least 2 hours per day - Be able to attend necessary Meeting Regularly III. Organizing Committee Vice President of Marketing Position Available: 2 Responsibilities: - Come up with effective marketing strategies: Promotional Plan - Execute tactics to create awareness, hype, and promote NC to AIESECers in Cambodia and to other countries as well - Create Promotional Materials such as: Banner, Fliers, Posters, Promotional Videos‌etc - Create Documentation such as videos and photos during the conference - Work collaboratively in the OC Team and assist OCP to manage the project and spend at least 2 hours per day - Be able to attend necessary Meeting Regularly

IV. Organizing Committee Vice President of Delegate Experience Position Available: 2 Responsibilities: - Conduct Logistic Plan for the conference - Ensure that delegates are provided with satisfactory venue and accommodation - Maximize resources that are required in the conference and cut-down expense - Be in charge of logistic allocation and food preparation during conference - Create registration form and track it - Serve as contact person for delegate for any possible concerns - Create Comm. Channel and feedback survey - Be in charge of Check-In and Check-Out - Work collaboratively in the OC Team and assist OCP to manage the project and spend at least 2 hours per day - Be able to attend necessary Meeting Regularly

V. Organizing Committee Vice President of Finance Position Available: 1 Responsibilities: - Create Budget Plan and Manage its execution to try to meet the goal - Create Pricing Model that each delegate is supposed to pay - Establish Payment Process and make sure its implementation to be correct and convenient - Work with OCVP DE and MKT to create merchandise - Oversee and manage cash flow - Ensure Finance health of the whole project - Work collaboratively in the OC Team and assist OCP to manage the project and spend at least 2 hours per day - Be able to attend necessary Meeting Regularly

Deadline of Application: 23rd August

Knowledge and Preparation Support: 24rd August – 27th August

AIESECers can start now apply for OC Position. Those who are interested in applying and are lack of knowledge or still have doubt shall find helps early. They are encouraged to ask for help from Selection Committee, LCP, LCVP, and any other possible stackholders they can find.

Candidates MUST submit their applications on time or else the applications will be rejected. In case the reason of being late is supported by LCP as inevitable event that happens, candidates are entitled to be approved. However, candidates MUST approach Selection Committee by email in advanced if candidates know that they are going to be late.

Candidates will be informed and guided of essential knowledge on the area they apply in order to be well-prepared for the interview. Information Session from Selection Committee about the roles will be conducted to help candidates be competent.

OCP Interview: 28th August

OCVP Interview: 29th August – 30th August

Result Announcement: 2nd September

Candidates who apply for OCP Role will be the first to get interviewed. The interview questions will be asked in order to measure different competencies such as: Commitment, Knowledge, Availability, Team Management, Analysis….etc. Three important criteria are going to be emphasized: Motivation and Willingness to learn, Time, and Performance on the specialty questions in the interview. After OCP Interview is done, OCVP Candidates shall start the interview process. The interview will follow the same intention and criteria.

Selection Committee will send the result and feedback to the email. Passed Candidates for the roles will be given extra privileged to be inform by Phone Call from the Conference Manager.
