LEC TALK Show “AIESEC Local Committee IFL was AMAZING and did ROCK THE HOUSE” Delegates and chair learnt from LEC, but we learnt different lessons. As a chair, I learnt from my challenges, which made my experience more awesome. It is the first conference where I am taking a role of Chair, especially by being international MCVP. I was concerned that the way of my chairing of the conference will not be on that level which will satisfy DGs and Conference Team. That is why I was closely cooperating with FACI team by asking their inputs and ideas. Thanks to amazing FACI Team this challenges helped me to make this experience fruitful and unforgettable.”

“LEC was AWESOME, the FOOD was GREAT, the conference hall was very BIG and the Accommodation was Great” One of OC members, I was responsible for the Delegate Flow and Support Faci to run their sessions by preparing documents, registration list, room arrangement, tables so on and so forth. LEC was AWESOME! I expected at least 75% of LC members joined LEC, but there were only 50% registered for LEC. I hope there will be more members join the next conferences for everyone’s improvement.
“LEC Rocks !!! ” Being a facilitator, I had several challenges. First of all, I had to come up with good ideas for my sessions. I had to spend plenty of time thinking about how could I deliver the right message to the members. After finishing with slides, I had to go through a dry run with the Chair to finalize and ensure the sessions’ flow in which I had to re-adjust my slides several times until I got the approval from the Chair. Last but not least, delivering the sessions was not an easy task. I had to make sure I demonstrated enough confidence so that the delegates wouldn’t feel lost. I spent lot of effort, energy as well as time to prepare 3 sessions, Adventure of The Dragons, Doctor Love and Quality of Leadership. I was so delighted that the members showed great support for my sessions. It was really worth my time, effort and energy spending on preparing those sessions.

“LEC, the Diverting Moment to CHANGE my Life Be a part of LEC did not waste my weekend by sleeping and doing nothing at home. Conference brings me a lot of fun, experiences and knowledge. The former and senior AIESEC-ers inspired me with their words and their experiences. I can say that what I got from LEC was much more than what I had expected. I did love home group discussion because the members can open up their minds to talk what they liked and what they disliked about their LC. They could also share their own ideas in this part in order to change and improve AIESEC IFL. However, I wish the conference team improves the punctuality in the next conferences which I will join if the time is suitable for me.
