Certificate Ceremony, introduced and held by EB team of AIESEC IFL, was the night of appreciation for the members of term 1314 which had finished at

the end of June. The ceremony aimed to appreciate every individuals for his or her massive contributions toward this entity. It happened on Sunday August

2nd LC Meeting Explicitly, the event was conducted by the Executive Boards of AIESEC IFL 1415, and interestingly, the chair of the event was Miss. Dinara Nazarmatova from Krygyzstan,

who is currently the LC Coach of AIESEC IFL 1415 and the National Vice President of Business Development of AIESEC in Cambodia 1415. It took about 2 weeks to prepare for the event

‌In that evening, there were a huge number of people attended this event included alumni and old members from term 1314, EB team and members of term 1415, and specially new members that just had been recruited in August. Mr Toffer Briones, MCP of AIESEC Cambodia term 1415, also revealed his great presence in this event. The ceremony began with the appreciation speech from Mr. Toffer Briones and Ms. Seizana Pen, LCP of AIESEC IFL term 1415, toward all members that had put their great effort and

commitment in this entity. And then the feast began with variety of delicious foods served on every tables. It was a unforgettable memory for everyone, after the feast, in the certificates providing session that a bunch of certificates were issued by EB team term 1314 to the members due to their significant contrition in AIESEC IFL. Finally, the ceremony was ended by the group photo session to record that remarkable moment with the smiles and happiness. -thuo

2nd LC Meeting (continue from page 1) ‌the 2nd LCM of AIESEC IFL Term 1415 since Pchom Ben period is on. However, amazingly, there were around 50 people sacrificing their time with family and entertainment just to join this event. Not to mention, I am so proud to see their proactiveness and engagement in this entity in order to improve themselves and to contribute to this society. The main objectives of this LCM are to be more purposeful in what we are committed to do, to update about the LC achievement and Plan, and to be engaged with each other. - Vuty

…most of people in ICX and OGX, according to the survey, do not have any idea about what people in MarComm or BD are doing. This will lead to the misunderstanding or even worse. In this article we will eliminate the barrier between those functions by revealing the job description in every functions such as ICX, OGX, MarComm.- Thuo

Incoming Exchange ( ICX ) As an expansion of Erudite Orphan Project of AIESEC IFL in Siem Reap, Nurturing the Future Generation Project was raised as a TN based project in Phnom Penh on July 2014, having DK Schoolhouse as the TN. DK Schoolhouse is a European-style preschool and kindergarten from Denmark for children aged 18 months to 6 years old. DK Schoolhouse is located in the heart of Phnom Penh's embassy, #7 Street 466, Tonle Bassac |Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We hold to the belief that every child, no matter age, ability or social strata, deserves equal opportunity for a quality education. - Mam Monirath, Team Leader of NFG project term 14/15

CCU Project is one of well-known and sustainable projects in AIESEC IFL. We are the TN-based project located in Phnom Penh. Our core value is to enhance the cultural undestanding in university students who are studying at our partner schools. We also indirectly build up those students’ mindset about the awareness of other cultures and traditions. Thus, we give this chance to EPs to develop themselves as well through the teaching at the university. Our project-team will work hard to achieve the LC goal for this term 1415 and we will improve ourselves with everyone’s feedbacks. - Darapich Sovann, Team leader of CCU Project

is a project of iGCDP of AIESEC IFL. It has been partnership with AIESEC IFL since 2011. Ever since, it has created and facilitated around 100 leaders, EPs, to experience new learning experience in the name of exchange of the project. It has helped EPs to experience things they never thought they could do regarding living diversity, being independent and problem solving. It also provides better English proficiency to poor children and orphan living in Siem Reap. Our vision of the project is to create positive impact to society, cultural knowledge, living diversity, and build self-confidence to those misfortune kids. We believe in fulfillment of humankind potential where we provide those kids the opportunity to see the world like a normal kid and make a better world. - Leakkhena KHIM

Clean Triangle, name of the project, is a LC-based project created since term 1314. The project's is to ensure that people can live in a better environment condition. Our objective is to raise awareness and understanding of environment concept, find and provide practical solutions of environment problems, promote 3Rs principle ( Reduce, Reuse & Recycle), educate the local people about the environment. Some activities that we have done so far are EPs researching and presentation, Study Tour, Company Visits and Community Visits and International Friendly Debate. - Mony Neath

Being the main project of AIESEC IFL, The Erudite Orphans Project engages its operation with two non-governmental organizations based in Siem Reap Province, creating two sub-projects, namely, Khmer for Khmer Organization and New Bridge for Cambodia. Khmer for Khmer Organization (KFKO) has begun its partnership with AIESEC IFL since 2010 with its vision of establishing well-being, prosperity and peace to Cambodian people. The organization is located in Tasen Village, one of the poverty-stricken and socially problematic areas in Cambodia. In response to the issue in village , the organization renders education and a home for orphans, and provides opportunities for local kids and young adults to broaden their horizons through learning of foreign languages and cultures, and communication with foreigners, absolutely free of charge. -

Outgoing Exchange ( OGX ) In my team, the main division team, we have five people currently, one team leader and four team members. The team focus mainly on IFL-related tasks. Lately, we are working on the preparations for our EPs, who will start their realization in October, to make sure we can deliver the life-changing experiences. Also, we start reintegrating the returnees who will become part of this amazing organization, and who will be the main contributors to the development, making impact and sharing the marvelous experiences to Cambodian youths. Previously, we didn’t have enough members to bear with the assigned tasks during the peak season, summer. Thank to my team members who work collaboratively to make the achievements more than majestic. And now, I believe that with the great efforts from old and new members all together we will make this function more amazing than ever before. - Yin Kokcheng

We, Special OPS Team, OGX, AIESEC IFL. The main focus for our team is the expansion to Cam-Ed Business School which is one part of our market. Amazingly, we are running the first ever outgoing exchange operation in the winter peak. Even though it is the first time but everyone in the whole team is believing that it is achievable and we all could make a huge contribution for the LC and society.- Tommy

My name is Sek Darakunthea, Director of oGIP. For OGX and oGIP, they are similar to each other, oGIP objective is to send the fresh graduated students or currently working people to take an internship working abroad. Therefore, in order to achieve this, first what we do is to do promotion about our program or we will open an info session to explain those who interested to be more clearly about our main purpose and program. We also do the interview with people who applied to our program in a very professional way. After that, we help them to get through all the processes in order to help them realize. Since it is the new function in our LC, I started this journey alone. Later on, I just had a new member who is Heng Vattanak. I hope that we will working well together as a team in order to achieve our goal.- Sek Darakunthea

Marketing and Communication ( MarComms )

The role of this position is the implementation and management of the AIESEC IFL Brand and for our image in our stakeholder group, educational institutions and in the engagement between AIESEC IFL and parents of members. The responsibilities also include developing and implementing public relations strategies towards generating awareness of AIESEC in the external environment. Basically, our priority goal is to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of the market based universities as well as parents.- Hangchoun Rachanatevy

Marketing is involving consolidation with AIESEC IFL; it is demonstration of Creative talent and innovating thinking. Marketing is response for designing poster, creating proposal, asking for venue, planning marketing strategy, and making promotion plan such as online promotion and physical promotion. Moreover, in marketing function also keep track with EPs and collect EPs criteria after finish their internship. Last but not least, Marketing assists with OGX, ICX, and TMP in Promotion Campaign.- He Sophannarath

IM is one of 3 functions in MarComm, in which the works are to collect every information in our LC, assist other function in promotion campaign, create and design the LC’s Newsletter and, specially, control every online social media such as FB, Tweeter, Youtube, Flickr. Because of these important works, IM are defined as the Pull Marketing Strategy. - Thuo

Business Development

A sub-product-based team that operate the incoming operation of Global Talent Program. The team consists of 3 people will work with many stakeholders to deliver exchange ranging from schools, universities, education institutions and the exchange participants.- reach

MT ( Management Traineeship) is the sub-product in the Global Talent Program that involve with the companies and other enterprises. 3 amazing people have formed a team to make this happen and breakthrough the limit.-reach
