The overall design is based on the core concept of "breakthrough, innovation, warmth and sustainability", drawing inspiration from the rich natural landscape of Wenzhou and the meaning of the word "ou", forming the initial design intention of coalescing and sublimating the local natural and human characteristics of Wenzhou.

15 Toronto Street is a redevelopment of an existing office building. The vision is to revamp the 1960s modernist office tower into a 53-storey mixed-use building featuring a minimalist design.
