WYLIE PARKS www.WylieTexas.gov/Parks

648 Acres of Parkland and Open Space In those parks, you’ll find 17.8 miles of trails, 19 playgrounds, and 11 pavilions available for reservation, soccer fields, baseball fields, football fields, a nine-hole disc golf course, a cricket pitch, and much more. Over the next few years, the Parks and Recreation Department plans to continue implementation of the 2012 Trails Master Plan, which will increase the miles of trail in Wylie to better connect you with your community.

TWIN LAKES PARK 326 CANYON LAKE DRIVE

Twin Lakes Park is home to the community’s latest addition of trails completed in the Fall of 2020. The .39-mile, 10-foot-wide trails feature several rest areas with benches and waste stations. Three 8-foot wide sections of trail provide various points of entry throughout the community and a connection to the Southbrook neighborhood. In late Winter 2022, a new playground was installed featuring two modular structures; one caters to children ages 2 to 5, and the other for children ages 5 to 12. This playground is nestled under shade from some of the most majestic Oak trees that Wylie has to offer. In late 2022, a new swing set will be added to complement the playground.

WOODBRIDGE PARK 230 SPRINGWELL PARKWAY

Woodbridge Park is Wylie’s newest neighborhood park, recently constructed in the summer of 2021. A 12-foot-wide trail runs through a utility easement, connecting McCreary Road to Springwell Parkway. This park features a Dallas Cowboy color-themed playground with a matching 2-bay swing set, and a modular structure that accommodates children ages 2 to 12. In early 2022, a new pavilion will be installed to complete the park amenities. Whether you’re a football fan or not, enjoy an afternoon at this great new park located in the newest addition of Woodbridge subdivision.
