CV I graduated from the Lviv Academy of Arts. From 2000 to 2003 I worked as a designer in an advertising agencies. From 2003 to 2006 I worked as art-director for the advertising agency Admision. From 2007 to 2009 I was the creative director of advertising agency Admision (Planning market promotion, development and implementation advertising campaigns, the management of the Department of Design). From 2009 to 2012 I served as the art-director of the STANDARD Publishing House. Now I’m doing my own projects, I work freelance or on a contract basis. One of the main areas of my activity is illustrations for magazines, books and advertising as a part of the creative duo PIXPENART

DTEK Academy is a center for managing the knowledge system at all enterprises of DTEK. The corporate university offers its own unique educational programs, which have been developed with the assistance of noted business schools. The training programs encompass all of the important aspects of business activity. They are designed to provide employees with a systematic approach to solving tasks and the knowledge and tasks needed for daily work. Kyiv Mohyla Business School [kmbs] is a school for leaders who are oriented on qualitative changes. It was established in 1999 in one of the oldest universities in Eastern Europe – Kyiv Mohyla Academy. kmbs is known within international business society and business education environment as high quality and original school of thought and as school for transformational leaders.

DTEK: Strategy 2013

In 2007, the CEO of DTEK Maxim Timchenko announced the company’s strategy till year 2013. Energy industry has its own peculiarities, namely, the managers working in this area should have both leadership skills and specialized knowledge. DTEK used to spend 8-10 months to recruit a manager to fill in an executive position. Moreover, a manager would not always fit into the corporate culture. Professional and proactive managers from within, willing to learn and grow with the company, were needed to implement the new strategy. Therefore, the Board made a key decision aligned with the new strategy: to fill 80% of top-and middle-management vacancies by its own staff in 2013.

The DTEK Board decided that by 2013, two groups of the “Energy of Knowledge” Program should start annually. The size of one group is about 32-33 people. Thus, bу the end of 2014, the company should receive more than 250 alumni to form the first wave of potential workforce. After 2013, the intensity of groups per year will probably decrease, but this decision will be finalized only in the next 2013-2018 corporate strategy.

С момента приобретения проекта до нынешнего времени в него были внесены существенные корректировки по технико-экономическим и архитектурным решениям. Это было обусловлено, прежде всего, требованиями украинского рынка, который испытывает дефицит офисных зданий класса «А» и апартаментов премиум-класса. Изначально проект Mirax Plaza представлял собой офисную башню высотой 44 этажа (172 м) и жилые здания с ТРЦ. В ходе внесения корректировок была увеличена этажность, а за счет строительства двух башен - расширены в два раза офисные и жилые площади. Паркинг увеличился до 6 этажей, а помимо торгово-развлекательного комплекса появился физкультурно-оздоровительный. Кроме того, были улучшены архитектурные решения фасада и увеличен коэффициент полезных площадей.
