油麻地花王 Yaumatei Gardener

油麻地花王實驗各種平靚正的環保種植法，連結區內自發同好，研究環保經濟的種植方法，並關注剩食及食物議題，希望以種植改造生活空間。在2011年到2016年，油麻地花王除了在天台種植，更多次出版針對剩食議題的小型刊物，策劃與城市種植相關的藝術展覽及工作坊，並曾獲香港藝術發展局、MaD創不同及自主生活──可持續發展生活推廣計劃資助或委約。 Yaumatei Gardener is a collaboration to explore environmental friendly planting methods and transforms urban space. The collective has been taking care of a rooftop garden in Yaumatei, meanwhile, it looks into food waste issue and develops environmental-friendly planting models. During 2011 – 2016, the collaboration has released zines on food waste, and curated workshops and exhibitions on urban farming with the commission and funding from institutes including Hong Kong Arts Development Council, MaD - Make a Difference and Create L
