Why am I undergoing a teleconsultation? You have undergone a procedure such as a scope or day surgery and the doctor has assessed that you are suitable for teleconsultation. The doctor will explain your results via the phone call. What are the benefits of a teleconsultation? You will be able to consult your doctor in the privacy and comfort of your own home. In addition, you can save time spent on travelling and waiting at the clinic.
