EXPLANATIONS General information. Grades of the accidentals
Make pizz on two strings. One of them copper.
Soprano Knock with knuckle on the instrument body.
Speak
Make a rough pizz. Let the string slam against the instrument body or other strings.
Whisper
Sing while breathing in Let a chopstick ’jump’ on the string and make a natural accelerando. Quartertone. Not A-sharp in tune.
Violin
Accordion
Air button. No keys pressed.
Play on the E-string behind the bridge.
Zither Chords played by two hands. RH= Right, LH=Left
Put the left hand over all strings and glide from fingerboard towards the bridge. Make an audible sound. Then knock with right hand on the instrument body.
Use an innertube from a bike tire. Slide slowly. Play with normal bow pressure and go towards harder pressure. Follow the graphics of density.
Use an innertube from a bike tire. Slide fast.
Play on 3rd string with light bow pressure. Use an innertube from a bike tire. Slide.
Start the e-bow and slide it towards the middle to make a crescendo. Lift and place it when it is notated.
Damp strings and glide up or down to make a swich-sound.
Play with the bow on a string up at the nut.
Play double stop with the bow and make a left hand pizzicato.
