Example: Settings: CAL—ADSR—MCkey—Press 8 numbers Save: M+key—PLAY/REC 8 numbers to create sounds: a. Sound (0=Piano, 1=Fantasy, 2=Violin, 3=Flute, 4=Guitar 1, 5=Guitar 2, 6=Engl. Horn, 7=Electro-Sound 1, 8=Electro-Sound 2, 9=Electro-Sound 3) b. Attack time (low number=sharp, short sound) c. Decay time (low number=pizz, high number=long decay) d. Det som slog mig mest

Händer mot betong, hennes hår efter öppen eld kommer förfölja mig om natten. Och allting händer för sent - de ljudlösa stegen mot heltäckningsmattan en slarvigt rullad cigarett.

SOPRANO

Normal way of singing.

Speak.

Whisper. No tone.

Sing while inhaling air.

VIOLIN

Play on fourth and third string with the bow up on the fingerboard.

Move the bow from a postition near the bridge to a normal position.


Change the bow pressure from normal to light. Play on the first and second string.

Make a glissando while playing artificial harmonics on the way (fourth). Land on an artificial harmonic.

Make a glissando and then start a glissando following the graphics.

The lower staff shows the fingering and the upper staff shows the sounding pitch.

Hard pressure.

Play with the bow on the instrument body.

Play with the bow on the tail piece. The preferable tone is a low mellow timbre.


Play with the tip of the bow in circles. The second version of it, is playe while damping the string.

Play a left hand pizzicato and then play a glissando with a fast vibrato.

Play with the bow, half hair/half wood. Start with the dynamic quasi niente (almost nothing).

Play legno battuto. Let the wooden part of the bow jump on the strings.

Legno battuto.

Play a mezzo legno battuto on two strings.

Play with the bow on the ’wrong’ side of the left hand. Very high up on the fingerboard.


Speak with a normal voice.

Whisper (with no tone).

KEYBOARDS Harmonium

Prepare the drone that will be played later.

Play with right hand on the keys.

Make a bellow motion with the left hand to create a slow tremolo.

Drag the nails along the keys to create a smooth clatter sound.

Blow air on the keys with your mouth close to the keys to get as much friction as possible.

Upper staff shows what to sing/speak/whisper. This time it shows what to sing. The lower staff shows what to play on the keys.


Drag the nails along the wooden part of the harmonium (on the surface above the keys). Make rhythm. The lower staff shows what to sing/speak/whisper. This time it shows what to whisper.

Synth Showing all the settings on the synthesizer. This is recording mode, in a high octave with a Fantasy sound.Press the button MC to start recording (if it is in REC-mode in the upper right part of the synthesizer). The octave setting is indicated with 8va, nothing or 8va bassa. The notes are notated between g-h2 and then the octava signs are added onto that. Press Reset after playing the phrase you want to record. That means you are saving what was played between pressing the button MC and Reset.Change from REC to PLAY afterwards to be in playing mode. Play normally.

There is only room for one sound at the time. Press Autoplay and the phrase that was recorded before will be played with another sound than it was recorded with.
