TENT ORDER FORM We’ve got it all put together for you! Order your company tent and we’ll have it set up and ready to go on race day! For the 2014 YMCA Corporate Cup ALL tents must be ordered through the YMCA due to new City of New Orleans permitting requirements. Each tent is now required to be part of the initial site plan and have a fire permit. Tent packages below include fire permit, tax, and delivery. Tent packages will include tables and chairs as described below. 10’x10’ Tent Package $250  10’x10’ tent  2- 8’ tables  10 chairs

15’x15’ Tent Package $350  15’x15’ tent  3- 8’ tables  20 chairs

20’x20’ Tent Package $450  20’x20’ tent  4- 8’tables  30 chairs
