Get Results Personal Training Intro Package Our intro to personal training package will help you get acquainted with the personal training program offered at the Y before making a long term commitment. It is also a great tool for new members to use to get started on achieving their fitness goals. 5– 30 minute personal training sessions. $100 (This price is good for one time only)

Jumpstart Session Basic Personal Training Packages Traditional one-on-one fitness training from experienced, certified personal trainers.  

1-Hour Sessions 10 Sessions $440

30 Minute Sessions 10 Sessions $280

Do you need just one session with a trainer to give you a foundation to build on? This option allows you to meet with a trainer, get a fitness assessment, and some direction for your next set of goals. 1– 30 minute sessions. $45 (One time only)

YMCA Fitness & Weight Management Program: -

3 months (10) 30 minute sessions per month $195/ month

YMCA Advanced Fitness & Weight Management Program: -

3 months (10) 1 hour sessions per month $295/ month

Training for Two Package Train with a friend, family member, or co-worker to help motivate and encourage you to reach your goals. (Price is for two people) 10– 30 minute sessions $275 10– 60 minute sessions $475
