Your Recipe for Success Nutrition Classes A registered dietitian nutritionist can help you weed through the murky waters of nutrition misinformation and provide sound, easy-to-follow nutrition advice. After learning about your health history, favorite foods, eating, and exercise habits, an RDN will help you set and prioritize goals. If you suffer from food allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances a dietitian can teach you how to read food labels and help find substitutions. If you suffer from a chronic disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol a dietitian will provide education about the nutrients that affect the disease and build an eating plan that will help manage your condition. Lastly, a registered dietitian nutritionist can partner with you to develop a safe, effective weight loss plan that you can stick with.
Basic and Single Nutrition Counseling: One-on-one nutrition assessment and counseling by an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. One Hour Session: $75
30 Minutes Session: $45
First Steps Package: A dietitian will provide tailored nutrition advice, help with food allergies and sensitivities and assist you with a weight loss program that is healthy and realistic. It is a great tool for new members to get started on changing your diet for the better.
