WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW YOU BELONG AT THE Y Thank you for your interest in the Y’s Summer Day Camp programs! We strive to provide a safe and happy day camp experience for you and your child. This booklet is designed to provide your family with the information needed to make the best choice for your child’s valuable time while out of school. Remember that YMCA members enjoy early access to registration on February 11th as well as discounted Summer Day Camp fees. These rates are noted throughout the guide as (YM). If you’re not currently a Y member, consider an official membership. The member discount for one month of camp would pay for a family membership so the whole family can stay active this summer. A family membership is only $69 per month and includes access to both the Downtown and Dunigan facilities for the whole family. Non-member registration (NM) for Summer Day Camp will not be available until March 4th.
YOUR CHILD BELONGS AT DAY CAMP YMCA Day Camp programs provide kids ages 4-12 with supervised activities that teach core values and leadership skills. Kids have fun while making new friends, building self-confidence, and using teamwork. The Y offers a place for kids to play, create arts and crafts, swim, participate in field trips, appreciate nature, and discover our many cultures. With our caring and competent staff, a safe environment, and Christian values, the Y’s Day Camp provides a place for your child to become the best that he/she can be! Email address and cell phone number are required with registration so parents can be contacted with any changes to the activity schedule.
