Extension Building of Asya Marketing Galery. Located ner the lake, fuctioned as retail show unit of Astra Modern Land tower witch still under construction. Contains 4 type of unit and an office.

Brainstorming and doing the research for the design concept with the project team. Creating building designs and detailed drawings by using specialist computeraided design (CAD) and 3D modeling applications. Rendering the 3D modeling by using V-Ray for the presentation with client. Preparing tender applications and presentation. Working with Project manager to assist design changes. Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
Bank BNI KC Bitung Project Desc

Located in a commercial area, between Jalan Sam Ratulangi and Jalan volunto. Bordered by shops (right side) and housing area (back side). The building is an old BNI Bank building revitalization project (total renovation). Building area is estimated at a maximum of 900m2 consisting of 2 floors.

The main concept is to diferentiate the officer and customer circulation.
