TERMS & CONDITIONS TRIPS & TOURS All trips and tours are for SOFA personnel, dependents and guests. Full payment is required at time of reservation.

MLC, IHA and JASDAF may sign up seven days prior to the event. Trip destinations, details and prices may change due to varying factors including weather, road closures, base exercises, etc. Children must remain with their parents at all times. For additional requirements and information, please ask ODR staff for the trip itinerary.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT Equipment may be reserved with full payment up to 120 days in advance by active duty military, Reserve, National Guard and their family members with a valid ID card.

Local nationals and base contractor employees may reserve equipment with full payment up to 20 days in advance.

Persons not assigned to Yokota Air Base must have official TDY or leave orders.

Full terms and conditions will be provided at time of reservation.
