TRANSITION GUIDELINES
TRANSITION WHY OH WHY
Transition is the process or period of changing from one year or team to another In AIESEC, we have a different leadership team every term, therefore in order to ensure continuity, it is important to give our successors a good transition as a lack of transition can lead to an unravelling of a year’s effort. In this guidelines, you will find the essentials needed to have a good transition with your successor. OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES WHO’S IN CHARGE OF WHAT •

Objectives of Transition: 1.
Ensure that new elects have all the information necessary to lead their LCs

To prevent past mistakes and allow the LC to move forward, innovate and improve

To ensure continuity from one generation to another
Responsibilities: •
Overall in-charge (For Team & Individual Transition): LCPe (With support from LCVP TM & LCP Current)

ALL VPs (Completion of the framework)
TRANSITION PROCESS Individual Transition *Please refer to the individual transition framework 1. Read through the framework & break the content down into 1-2h sessions 2. Set the timeline & book your successors 3. Share the framework with your successors 4. Update your progress
Team Transition

EB Preparation conference organised by the incoming and outgoing MC team to equip EBs with the skills and knowledge to start their term well!
*It is recommended for individual transition to be completed before team transition LCPe, LCP Current and LCVPTM should work together to come up with the agenda
*LCPe and LCVP Current should also decide if you want to have transition projects *TBC : MC will be opening up coffee + Ice cream chat time for LCVP & LCVPe to learn more about the function, and to discuss possible initiatiatives for next term
