TRANSITION PROJECTS CONTINUITY FOR THE NEXT TERM
Dear 1517 leadership team, How do you envision AIESEC Singapore to be like in 2020? How do you envision your functions, LC and this entity to evolve in 1617? We are sure that all of you have want to achieve something, that’s why you are where you are right now. Together, we can contribute to your picture of AIESEC Singapore in 1617 by having meaningful transition projects. OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES WHO’S IN CHARGE OF WHAT
• Objectives of Transition Projects:
1. To ensure continuity from one generation to another 2. To leverage on both 1516 and 1617 leadership teams to build a stronger AIESEC Singapore in 1617 • Responsibilities: • Overall in-charge (Tracking & Selection of projects): LCPe • Current
LCVPs to suggest the projects, and elects to pick from the suggested projects
• Role of Current
LCVPs : Provide Suggestions
• Role of elects : Be the main responsible to carry out
the project
AREAS OF CONSIDERATION WHAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED?
1. What is the current state of the LC/Department? • How was 1516’s performance? What’s the trend over the years? 2.What would be the ideal state of the department/LC in 2020? •
3.What would be the trends that would affect that? (Internal and External) 4.What needs to be done in 1617 to get there? 5.Define (In this order) Project Objectives > MoS> KPI 6.1617 EB team should sit down and prioritise, which project is more important? Which project would have the most impact? 7.Define, for each project, the Main person responsible > Blocks > Action Steps > Timeline > Define Responsibility
