From the Zachary Post Team As 2013 winds down, we celebrate our best year ever here at the Zachary Post and Feliciana Explorer newspapers! We are very happy that the local business community has continued to support our efforts to provide free community news to every household in the greater Zachary area, as well as, every household in both East and West Feliciana Parish. The papers continued to grow this year, new faces joined our team – in May, Ashley Evans (sales) and Tina Adams (graphic design) came on board, followed quickly by Ron Skains (reporter) and Landon Johnson (production). Georgiana Walls continues to provide excellent marketing advice to area businesses as our most experienced Account Executive… and we still have all of our kids “helping” on production days.
This special Christmas issue of the Zachary Post includes a feature we started years ago in Zachary, and we hope that it has become a part of your family’s holiday traditions. We are delighted that Santa shared some of the letters from Zachary area kids with us for publication in this special issue. Enjoy this peek inside Santa’s mailbox.
