Dear Membership, 2017 has been a record-setting year for our club and a perfect lead into 2018, which is going to be a year full of celebrations! Our club will be celebrating an amazing milestone in the fall of 2018; 90 years of extraordinary experiences and memorable stories with our members. With this historic milestone ahead of us, the management team and I have been putting together a calendar of events that is sure to excite every member of your family. A brief listing of these new events will include: the Junior Member Guest, The Senior Member Guest Invitational, Drive In Movie Nights, Hillcrest Music Picnic Parties, and Wine Society Socials. This year we will be adding more than thirty social and golf events to our schedule of events and each one of these will be aimed at creating extraordinary experiences and memorable stories for your entire family. Our clubhouse dining menu will also be celebrating our rich history with throwback pricing, menu selections and specials. 2018 will be a great year to bring back Steak Diane, tableside service and a two dollar Sidecar. On top of these exciting club operations, the board is also happy to announce the Visionary Preview Membership for 2018. Through this program, new members will have the ability to join the Club without payment of an up-front initiation fee. As a thank you for your participation in growing our club, you will receive monthly credits to your club account. Full details on this amazing offer can be found on the following pages. We would like your prospective members to experience first-hand everything we Preview and Discover have to offer at Hillcrest Country Club. Our goal is to prove to them they belong here and that we will do everything we can to make their family feel right at home. Prospective new members will have the privilege of previewing the club through May 31, 2019, without the payment of an initial initiation fee.
Initiation Fee If new members decide to purchase their membership on or before June 30, 2018, Reduction they will enjoy the half priced initiation fee. As of July 1, 2018, the reductions will no longer be available. If the membership is not purchased by June 30, 2018, the preview membership shall continue through May 31, 2019, at which time the preview relationship shall be terminated, unless the full initiation fee is paid by the end of the preview term.

Dear Members, Welcome 2018! Hillcrest enjoyed a record-setting year in terms of member participation. We saw strong numbers in many of our golf events, daily tee time play as well as members using the club socially. We believe the success of Hillcrest is each of your families choosing the club for all your leisure activities. Thank you for your continued membership. Building on this success, we are planning with our Golf Committees more fun in 2018. Here are a few new and improved events to consider: • Top Golf Nights will feature improved lighting on the driving range and a three-hole Glow Golf Course. (Holes #1, #2, #18) May 18 & July 20 • Informal Couples Golf on Friday evenings throughout the spring and summer months will feature fun and social formats. • Ladies 9-Hole Stagettes each month during the summer with a special “Men’s Auction Night” Stagette for Make-A-Wish in June. • Family Tee Challenge: All ages groups, players can set the course scoring record, individual or team scores. • 9-Hole Junior Golf Member-Guest Invitational and DJ Pool Party, July 24. • The Straw Hat Classic: Senior Member-Guest Invitational, August 14-15. • Ladies Spring Training Golf Instruction with our PGA Teaching Staff Please see a full list of event offerings and details in our 2018 Events Calendar, which the club will be mailing in January.
