AIKIDO. Kokyu Nage Lessons
Foreword The book of my Tutor and Teacher of Aikido, Masatake Fujita-Sensei, Shihan Hombu Dojo, 8th Dan Aikido Aikikai, “Aikido Keiko Ho. Aikido Training Method “ was published in 2008 in Netherlands and in 2011 in Russia. In 2013 it was republished in Ukraine as a social project to help Masatake Fujita - Sensei’s family. This project was realized successfully. I would like to thank ZIGZABUR Publishing House (Kyiv) for assistance in realization of the project as well as Aikido clubs of Ukraine, Russia, Ambassador of Japan in Ukraine Mr. Kischiro Amae which have supported us and believed us. In his book “Aikido Keiko Ho. Aikido Training Method “, Masatake FujitaSensei indicated in the foreword that he wrote a precise and concise book about Aikido. The Master wanted to add some chapters of the book so that it may become more useful to all of us. Publication of the book series “Aikido Lessons” is an attempt to continue Fujita-Sensei’s plan and summarize some of the techniques to show the beauty and possibilities of Aikido as Master taught me for the last 20 years. Certainly I understand all the responsibility to Master and his students from different countries and my students who urged me to make this project. Every instructor is different and that is the sense and depth of Aikido. Everyone is on his way of perfection in this magnificent art, which O ‘Sensei Morihei Ueshiba gave us, Kisshomaru Ueshiba-Sensei developed and Moriteru Ueshiba-Sensei and his son are continuing to develop. I am especially grateful to the Masters who have put their knowledge into my practice. First of all I would like to thank sincerely Yasunari Kitaura-Sensei (Spain), the person who supported and taught me to love Aikido. I would like to express special thanks to Yoshimitsu Yamada-Sensei (USA), Nabueshi Tamura-Sensei (France), Hiroshi Tada-Sensei (Japan), Motokhiro Fukakusa-Sensei (Thailand), Masatoshi Yasuno-Sensei (Japan), Yukimitsu Kobayashi-Sensei (Japan), Yokota Yoshiaki-Sensei (Japan), Christian Tissier-Sensei (France), Francesco Verona-Sensei (Italy), Peter Bacas -Sensei (Netherlands).
