FOREWORD This book is not a dogma for the study of martial arts. Rather “SURVIVAL GUIDE IN EXTREME SITUATIONS. If you are reading these lines I suppose you wonder how to behave in situations when violence happens, how to defend yourself and your family, how to save life! Having extensive experience in martial arts and in particular personal safety in this book I introduce you partially the self-defense techniques. They have been already used in real life situations, faced by me and my colleagues. In the book you can find a variety of fighting techniques from basic techniques to techniques for defense against an attacker. Also you can learn practical recommendations for using self-defense with various subjects as a weapon. The book is richly illustrated that greatly simplifies the study of the proposed techniques. I am pleased to share my experience. And always remember: victory likes training! Good luck to you!
