2. Deputy Accounting Manager – 1 position in Vientiane (Head Office) Key Duties: • Assisting an Accounting Manager and Management Coordinator to oversea and manage accounting and finance teams. Leading the teams and motivating the accounting and finance staff to complete the works as per due date; the works are including finance, accounts payable, account receivable, inventory, costing, general ledger (including fixed assets), annual budgeting and statutory reporting for all company’s project. • Assist the accounting manager to develop, implement, maintain and review financial controls in order to attain accurate and timely financial information; • Assist the department head and Management Coordinator to review and improve financial practices, procedures, processes and policies; • Monitor the accounting team on their performance and development; Qualification required: • At least obtaining Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field with Certification in CPA or CMA; • Eight (8 ) years of professional accounting experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved; • Strong knowledge in Lao Accounting • Minimum 5 years of Account/project management experience; • Expert in accounting software utilization; knowledge in ERP is preferable; • Knowledge and skill in managerial practices and principles; • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator; • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment; • Excellent written and oral communication skills; • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well; • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.

Accounting Supervisor – 1 position in Vientiane (Head Office) Key Duties: • Issue financial reports of Chaleun Agriculture monthly, quarterly, biannually and annually which includes the operations and activities of Chaleun Agriculture businesses and business activities in the head quarter. • Check and examine the financial reports. • Correct and/or adjust the financial reports to meet the requirement of IFRS and Lao accounting system, depending on what kind of reports needed to be issued. • Coordinate and update the accounting work of the site where Chaleun Agriculture’s activities are. • Support the accounting team at the site of Chaleun Agriculture related to accounting issues and support to solve the problem if any. Qualification required: • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration; • At least 5 years of professional accounting with private enterprise and/or financial institution is an advantage; • Completion of Lao CPA course is preferable; • Fluency in English and Lao with very good writing and oral skills; • Excellent leadership and communication skills required; • Good computer skills including MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other accounting software ; • Ability to do multi tasks, work under pressure and meet deadline required. •

4. Senior Civil Engineer – 1 position in Vientiane (Head Office)

Key Duties: • Prepared engineering drawings, sketches, equipment specifications, calculations and cost estimate for resettlement villages

• Prepared preliminary engineering design, cost estimate and other information on resettlement facilities • Review the proposal and related document. • Prepared work schedule and methods for field survey and design on resettlement facilities. • Follow up and monitor project work procedures such as approval from Government to ensure compliance with policies and procedure. • Participation, discussion and take note of all meeting with GOL. • Prepare a variety of drawings, field survey report and correspondence on assigned project and collect related documents. • Provide and shared all information to staff of engineering and staff. • Follow up all kind of work directed by Company.
