or information about volunteering please contact Volunteer Centre One Community on 023 8090 2458 or volunteer@1community.org.uk. We have a huge variety of volunteering opportunities— something for everyone—if you’ve a mind to try something new this spring.
Corporate Volunteering Tasks
Following a successful Business Meets the Community event in February, organised by Rotary Club of Eastleigh, One Community, Eastleigh Borough Council and the Eastleigh BID, we now have an updated directory of corporate volunteering tasks, ranging from helping to create a community garden to painting a charity shop. If you work for a company who would like to release its employees for a time to undertake a community project, please get in touch for a copy of the directory. Group projects are good for team bonding and staff morale, and give local charities a huge boost. For a copy of the directory, or to find out more, contact Volunteer Centre One Community on 023 8090 2458 or volunteer@1community.org.uk
