Brookvale CAMHS has created a new free self-help app called BASE that helps young people manage their stress, anxiety and depression.

The app provides:  Diary entries on how your stress and anxiety levels are throughout each day  Techniques on keeping yourself calm and relaxed  A 7 day graph to show your emotions at the end of each week  It even allows you to note down your feelings so you know when your stress and anxiety is at its worst You can download the FREE app from your Google play or Apple app store from your mobile, tablet or iPad!

We are hosting some interactive drama sessions where you can come along, express yourself, make new friends, learn some new skills and have fun.

Drama can be a brilliant outlet that can help build confidence, relieve stress, and provide some positive time out for yourself.

The sessions are going to run at Spinney Hollow, a 10 acre woodland project on the edge of the South Downs near Winchester.

The sessions will be on the Monday 4th and 11th July 2016 4.30-5.30pm

Please ring 023 8090 2465 to sign up to either one or both sessions

by Tuesday 14th June. Spaces will be confirmed the following week.

Talk Time We are going to host a session where you can come along and chat about your caring role and share experiences and ideas.

It will be a relaxed setting and you can talk as much or as little as you like, or even just listen.

Refreshments will be provided.

Monday 20th June 2016 4.30pm-5.30pm One Community, 16 Romsey Road, SO50 9AL Please let us know if you would like to attend by ringing 023 8090 2465 This group has been set up due to feedback from members of the project. This first session will enable us to gauge uptake, so please do come along if you do want this group to become a regular session.
