EDITORIAL The idea to start this project was born due to my long work with young and talented people who have not yet been completely discovered; artists, models, photographers, stylists‌ For a long time I wondered what would be the best way to promote these emerging talents? And so after countless cups of coffee in the bar next door, brainstorming and discussing ideas with artists and friends, the only answer was - 2beMAG; a magazine for promoting raw talents, up-and-comers, and fresh new work. The aim of the magazine is to discover brands and talented people who want to exhibit their work. Obviously there are many talents out there that already consider themselves professional, but at the same time dream about publishing their work in a magazine that lets them follow their personal ideas and own creative view. If you are a RAW talent and consider that you should be discovered, we invite you wherever you are to participate in our magazine 2beMAG. Let everybody know who you are. Dani Eveleigh recently graduated from Brighton University, UK. I now work as a freelance photographer. My photos focus on having a cinematic playful edge, leaving the viewer to interpret their own story/ meaning, my models play out roles. It is important for me that my photos have a strong sense of colour, composition and texture. I strive off dfferent locations. Influenced by the films from the French Nouvelle Vague. Currently living and working in Brighton.
When I was 19 I moved to Barcelona to study Hotel Management. After working some years in the hotel business I travelled to N.Y., the city where I discovered the world of photography and I decided to study it seriously. My works were published in 24-k, LookdeBook, Telva and in the magazine Auditorio Principe de Oviedo. For the first time I exposed in the gallery Dasto (Oviedo) in 2006, then in Pilar Riberaygua (Andorra) in 2008 and now I am going to participate in the next Caja EspaĂąa Leon exposition.

Julien
Fournié
“was recruited by Jean-Paul Gaultier as an assistant stylist in his fashion house” Julien Fournie was born to a Castilian mother and a French father. A French fashion designer` s talent was revealed in the very childhood. The last creative director of the Parisian fashion house Torrente initially decided to study at a medical university. He changed his decision and focused his attention on fashion. He graduated from the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicate de la Couture Parisienne in 2000. The day of his graduation meant two-fold satisfaction as he won the Moet & Chandon Prize for the best accessories. After the studies it was necessary to develop his skills; therefore, he worked at various fashion houses as an apprentice. Fournie has gained experience as member of several sound fashion designers such as Nina Ricci, Christian Dior, Jean Mouclier, or Givenchy. Julien Fournie was recruited by Jean-Paul Gaultier as an assistant stylist in his fashion house where he was responsible for researching material and embroidery designs for the Autumn/Winter 2001/2002 collection. He has designed for Madonna and his stage outfits have appeared on one of her tours. He joined the Claude Montana studio at the end of 2001. The centre of his attention was pret-a-porter and accessories under the artistic direction of Stephane Parmentier. He has already produced the collections of scarves, bags, luggage and jewellery.
Julien` s career kept on developing and he became a style director for the ready-to wear collections at Torrente fashion house at the age of 28.In early September 2003 before the first fashion show for Torrente he had been appointed a creative director by management committee. He is regarded as a talented figure with a sense for elegance and realistic style what has resulted in the creative return of the trademark among the best.

World Fashion News LACROIX SAY “ AU REVOIR ” PARIS, Dec 1 (Reuters) - A turnaround plan for fashion house Christian Lacroix that could see a licensee take on its haute couture and pret-a-porter activities was approved by a Paris court on Tuesday. The ruling came after potential buyers -- Gulf investor Hassan bin Ali al-Nuaimi and France’s Bernard Krief Consulting missed a deadline to provide financial guarantees sought for a takeover of the company. The fate of Christian Lacroix is not yet sealed, however, as talks will continue with the prospective buyers even as Lacroix’ owners try to trim the business back. Christian Lacroix, the company behind the designer known for his baroque and embroidered dresses, was once part of French luxury giant LVMH (LVMH.PA) and now belongs to the Falic family, owners of U.S. retail group Duty Free Americas [DFI.UL]. The Falic group’s turnaround plan consists of halting Lacroix’s haute couture and pret-a-porter activities, with the aim of licensing them out to a third party in the event of a takeover. Out of a staff of 120, only between 15 and 20 workers would be retained to maintain the licensing contracts for accessories and perfume. The repayments to trade creditors are to be spread over ten years, while the company debts have been postponed. Lacroix was placed under creditor protection at the start of June and has not made a profit since being founded 22 years ago. In 2008, the company made a loss of 10 million euros ($15.06 million) on revenues of 30 million euros, while orders for its 2009 women’s ready-to-wear summer collection were down 35 percent. ($1=.6638 Euro) (Writing by Lionel Laurent and James Regan; editing by Judy MacInnes)

by Arantxa Alvarez This Project includes series of 10 photos that come from the reconstruction and fragmentation of the urban space. The contemporary city is an ideal stage for decontextualizing and experimenting with multiple possibilities that the urban landscape offers. The new vision opens new perspectives that lead to geometrical constructions, optical ilusions, formal abstractions; invite us to question the reality, stimulate our intuition and suggest other frames where the movement changes and evolution of the big city stay implicit ...
