Product Story 產品故事

慢慢步入人生中階段後,我們的骨質和肌力都會明顯的下降,若沒有

持續的運動習慣,可能會造成生活上許多的不便。我們期待創造出一 個專屬於輕熟齡族的專業家用級健身車,透過下肢的負重運動,有效 的維持他們的骨骼健康和肌耐力。為未來的生活奠定良好的健康基礎!

As we move into the middle of life, our bones and muscle strength will drop significantly. Without continuous exercise habits, it may cause a lot of inconvenience in life. We look forward to creating a professional Aero bike for light-aged people, effectively maintaining their bone health and muscular endurance through weight-bearing exercises. Lay a good health foundation for future life!

Research 調查與研究

首先,我們針對目標用戶與健身車的關係進行更深入的探究。從了解用

戶對於健身車的看法與運動習慣,到產品結構、人因工程,以及最後的市 場定位,我們都有完整設想。我們更從用戶痛點與產品結構的研究中, 提出了一系列有趣的洞見。

First, we explore the relationship between the target user and the bike. From understanding the user's perceptions and habits, product structure, human factors engineering, and finally market positioning, we gain a complete picture of our design. We also put forward a series of interesting insights from the research of user pain points and product structure.

為什麼是健身車? Why Aero Bike?

漸進式的阻力運動,對於減緩骨質流失與肌力是相對來說 專業的訓練方式也有非常良好的功效。並且,健身車的運動 方式,也是對於熟齡族群膝蓋傷害最小的運動。

飛輪運動對用戶的心肺有氧也有一定的幫助,能夠增進血液 循環以及訓練心肺耐力。

Progressive resistance exercise is also very effective in slowing bone loss and muscle strength as a relatively professional training method. Moreover, the exercise mode of the exercise bike is also the sport that has the least knee injury for the users.Flywheel exercise can also improve blood circulation and train cardio endurance.

功能結構分析 / Structure Analysis

我們將三個符合腿部環狀負重運動的產

品做結構上的拆解,發現到其實透過圖片

中三個與人的接觸點的位置轉換即可構 成不同運動強度的健身產品。

We have analyzed three products that combining the leg-shaped weightbearing exercise, and found that the three points in the picture can be converted into fitness products with different exercise mode by position change.

人因工程實驗 / Human Factors

透過前面拆解的三個點,我們做了一些 簡單的人因實驗來驗證不同點的位移 所對應的運 動模式。同時我們也測試 了不同身高對應的所需尺寸。

Through the three points of the analysis, we made some simple human factors experiments to verify the patterns corresponding to the displacements of different points. At the same time, we tested the required size for different user.

Concept 概念整合

整合對熟齡族群和健身車的調查分析結果,我們提出了四個設計方針— 簡單、自由、專業功能整合以及陪伴。藉由這些元素,我們重新定義了專 業健身車的可能性。除了提供用戶最高程度的自由度與一定程度的專業 度,也同時建立產品與用戶情感上的連結。

Integrating the results of the analysis of the user and exercise bike, we proposed four design guidelines—simple, free, professional function integration and companionship. With these elements, we redefine the possibilities of professional aero bikes. In addition to providing users with the highest degree of freedom and a certain degree of professionalism, it also establishes the emotional connection between the product and the user.

Development 外觀發展

從用戶的行為觀察以及對產品的認識,我們開始重新思考產品架構。我 們將突破舊有的結構限制,遵循熟齡族的需求,建構出一台專屬於他們

的運動器材。外觀上,擺脫輔具與訓練性造型語彙,並同時設想安全性 問題及環境因素。

From the user's behavioral observations and knowledge of the product, we began to rethink the product architecture. We will break through the old structural constraints and follow the needs of the matures to construct a sports equipment that is exclusively for them. Appearance, get rid of the auxiliary tools and training vocabulary, and at the same time envisage security issues and environmental factors.

Final Design 最終設計

最終外觀模型測試,採用快速成型方式測試各個機構以及人因尺寸。我 們實際測試所設想的關節及滑軌,拆組的流程也和預想中的安全快速。 完整驗證了前面所述的四大概念—簡單、自由、專業、分享。

The final appearance model test uses rapid prototyping to test individual mechanisms and human factors. We actually tested the joints and slides, and the process of assembly was as safe and fast as expected. Completely verified the four concepts described above - simple, free, professional, and shared. 22

簡單安全的積木式拆組 / Simple Assembling

為了提升拆組以及調整的便利性,我們 將 整 體 機 身整合為六 大部件與三大 關

節。在組裝 過程中,所有關節皆為卡 件 設計,以確保用戶在居家拼組的安全。 In order to improve the ease of assembly and adjustment, the overall body consists of only six components and three joints. During the assembly process, all joints are designed as tenons to ensure the user's safety.

高適應性及可調性 / Adaptability & Adjustability

透過強烈的視覺造型設計,引導用戶直

覺且順暢地操縱。結構簡化的過程中 同時伴隨著自由度及安全性的提升,翻 轉在室內空間運動的拘束及壓迫感。

Through the strong visual design, it guides the user to intuitively manipulate the structural transformation. In the process of simplifying the structure, the degree of freedom and safety are improved, and the restraint and oppression of the movement in the indoor space are reversed. 25


#Final Design

兩種專業健身模式 / Recumbant & Upright mode

IO 概念健身車在簡單的架構下融合了立式及臥式健身 車。 以飛輪與主支架的夾角作為模式轉換的指標。當 夾角呈 60 度 ( 左 ) 可做強度較高的立式健身車;夾角呈

90 度 ( 右 ),則為較舒適平緩的臥式。座椅為無段調整,

用戶可依運動需求調整至合適高度。除基本兩種模式

腰、膝部有狀況或初學的用戶適合臥式

外,用戶可自由調整喜歡的運動型態。

The IO concept aero bike combines upright and recumbent mode with a simple structure. The angle between the flywheel frame and the main structure is an indicator of the transition. 60degrees(left) as upright mode, and 90 degrees(right) as recumbent mode. Moreover, the mechanism of the seat is a sliding rail which can be easily adjusted to the most suitable height according to the user's needs.

簡化的資訊面板 / Structure Analysis 簡化的面板,所有運動資訊輪播顯示,讓運動

資訊更好閱讀。除此之外,因為資訊呈現的架 構改變,面板上的文字可以更大更清晰。當前 時速、平均時速、心律、總運動時數與里程數是 會輪播的資訊項目。

The simplified panel, all sports information are displayed for better reading of sports information. In addition, because the structure of the information presentation changes, the text on the panel can be larger and clearer. The current speed, average speed, heart rate, total number of hours and mileage are information items that will be shown.

By inducing Bluetooth connectivity smart devices, we can create personalized sports data records and share community networks to provide users with the motivation to maintain their exercise habits.
