Adult--Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders in your community in an effort to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help. The importance of connecting people to appropriate care is also discussed. Attendees receive a FREE book and are awarded a certificate identifying them as a certified MHFA Interventionist--valid for 3 years.
