OUR PARISH BIBLE WEEKEND: is happening next weekend!! You will all have received an invitation: please place your responses in the red box at the back of church. Please sign up for a slot of time before the Blessed Sacrament. Please come along to as many of the sessions as you can….and bring a friend!! It promises to be both an inspiring and a highly enjoyable time. Do come and take part!!! The struggle to combat human trafficking has united the Catholic and Anglican Churches in a very big programme under the title of the Santa Marta Group: Pope Francis and Archbishop Welby are very keen promoters. To find out more, visit: www.santamartagroup.com Please support today’s appeal generously. REFUGEE WEEK: Today marks the beginning of this special week of concern, support and celebration for refugees. But there are things that can be done at a local level and there will be a gathering at St Alphege’s Church, Whitstable, next Sunday afternoon (24th) to show how people can be involved. Please see poster in church porch. www.refugeeweek.org.uk will give further details. MYLES DEMPSEY R.I.P.
