FEAST DAYS THIS WEEK – Tuesday 5th February St. Agatha. Wednesday 6th February St. Paul Miki & Companions. Friday 8th February St. Jerome. COMPANIONS IN PRAYER: the next meeting will take place on Wednesday February 6th. The PPC meeting which would normally have taken place on this the first Wednesday of the month has been postponed to the following Wednesday, 13th February. Apologies for any inconvenience. THURSDAY ADORATION: We had a very positive meeting with about 20 of those who regularly spend an hour in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament each Thursday. Here is a flavour of some of the thoughts that were shared: “ to begin with I wondered how I would get through an hour of silence….but now I can’t believe how quickly and peacefully it goes…” “it’s amazing how helpful it is just to spend that one hour in complete silence, just myself and the Lord…it feels like a great personal blessing for me as an individual”…. “ I compare it to spending time visiting my best friend..”… “it’s the best hour of the week” If you would like to join the list of those who give a dedicated hour each week, please contact Peter or Marian Green, 361685 DOWRY TOUR OF OUR LADY OF WALSINGHAM: 21-23 FEBRUARY.
