Turbosmart, eSG50 StraightGate50 Electronic External Wastegate - WINNER Turbosmart says its eSG50 StraightGate50 is a world first (patent pending) electronically actuated butterfly style wastegate which provides more flow and greater control, specifically at low opening angles than any other wastegate available. The StraightGate is smaller than a 60mm wastegate and has control greater than any 38mm or 40mm wastegate. The electronic actuator uses no springs or vacuum hoses so is not limited to the tuning window associated with pneumatic solutions meaning virtually any boost level can be achieved with no limits or compromises to boost and torque management. Turbosmart says the StraightGate50 is lighter, faster, more accurate and responsive and with a wider operating range than any other wastegate in the world. Valvoline, Professional Multi-Vehicle 5W-30 Engine Oil The solution of Valvoline’s mission to address the “why so many 5W-30 engine oils” bugbear was the introduction of the Valvoline Professional Multi-Vehicle 5W-30 Engine Oil. This new engine oil has the ability to replace up to five different engine oils within the Valvoline range and meets the OEM requirements of over 45 percent of Australian vehicles sold since 2009. Valvoline Professional Multi-Vehicle 5W-30 is a full synthetic, multi-vehicle engine oil developed exclusively for use in professional workshops. With latest generation Mid SAPS technology combined with Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) protection, this engine oil is a multi-application workshop exclusive product suitable for use in various modern petrol and diesel vehicles. Superformance, Superformance Ultimate Independent Front Suspension Systems Superformance’s Ultimate independent front suspension is designed, engineered, and built in Queensland. The designers have integrated several reputable products, including Wilwood pro spindles and disc brakes, Flaming River rack and pinions, Aldan or QA1 coil overs, and Slam Specialties or Ridetech Shock Wave air bag options. Superformance says this new product offers superior handling and varying stance options. It explains the front suspension features premium shim adjustable control arm shafts for simple adjustments that can be handled by any competent Wheel Align shop. Superformance says it has not included bushed rod ends that prematurely shorten bush life and that “gimmicky eccentrics” and camber bolts are also not included as these are either not understood or require major vehicle dismantling to set up and adjust correctly. Superformance’s new independent front suspension is currently manufactured for 1960-65 XK-XP Falcons, LH-LX Torana, Chev and Ford Pick Up Trucks 1946 to 1998.
