It’s cheesy, rich, delicious and perfect to make whenever you’re willing to enjoy a guilty pleasure for lunch or dinner. Ingredients 1 pack of macaroni, cooked 7 tablespoons of butter 1 bulb of onion 1 teaspoon of fresh garlic 1/3 cup of flour 3 cups of milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese 1 1/3 cup of cheddar cheese Crab meat Shrimps Chopped parsley Directions Pre-heat your oven to 4000C; then in a large pan, melt a tablespoon of butter and cook shrimps then set aside. Melt the remaining butter and add the onions and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add the flour and stir constantly for a minute before whisking the milk in. Boil the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add the parmesan and cheddar cheese and stir until smooth. Add the cooked macaroni, shrimps
