Dear Division 22 I am honored to announce that I, Abigail Dayon, will be serving as your Lieutenant Governor for the 2017-2018 service year. I am a junior at Vernon Township High School and joined Key Club only a year ago, but I feel confident in my abilities to help better our division and clubs. I was introduced to Key Club by my friend and Vernon’s former president Raven Ballantyne. I was later informed about the position of Lieutenant Governor from our current District Governor Ciara Leonor Clarkin. Outside of Key Club, my only responsibility is running my local FIRST Robotics team’s social media. With my limited list of extracurricular activities I will be able to put Key Club first, I will be able to focus all of my concentration towards bettering my community and helping others. I have many goals for this upcoming service Year including, but not limited to: • To visit each club at least twice • Help officers improve membership • Create a new club • Collect 100% of dues by December 1st • Train all officers before the new school year • Hold a divisional event • Publish 10 newsletters
I promise I will put Key Club and its members as my top priority and promise to fulfill my duties. Please feel free to contact me with any questions and I very much look forward to seeing you all at Regional Training Conferences and club visits.

DCON Recap District Convention (DCON) took place from March 31st to April 2nd, 2017. From workshops to keynote speakers is was an amazing experience and I hope you all have the opportunity to attend next year!
Congratulations to Sparta High School, Vernon Township High School, Raven Ballantyne, and Kendall VanVugt for all of your awards and scholarships won!
District Project
For the 2017-2018 service year, we will continue with our previous district project, Hunger in New Jersey. 1 in 8 people in New Jersey struggle with hunger and together, we can prevent that from happening in the future. To the right is a map of the food banks in New Jersey that you can donate to.

Regional Training Conferences Spring Regional Training Conferences (RTCs) will be held on may 20th at Burling ton Township High School and May 21st at Phillipsburg High School (which I will be attending). If you are unable to make these there will be 3 more in the fall on September 16th, 17th, and 24th.
