eware the Ides of March. Who knew it would be freezing cold (well, freezing to Floridians) on March 15 when we’d had such y otos b h p d balmy weather recently. The wonderful outdoor annual evening n rtino age a Cover Wolcott Ma event for the benefit of the Humane Society of Pinellas took an unexpected a Meliss downward turn in temperature, but that did not chill the spirits of the attendees who came prepared with coats and enjoyed the benefit of heat lamps and firepits sprinkled throughout the Earthscapes Garden Room in Palm Harbor. If you’ve never been to Earthscapes, do check it out — it is one of the prettiest venues for events. Good food, live entertainment, a live and silent auction made for another successful event for HSP. Some adorable (and adoptable) dogs were on hand making friends with everyone. A new Humane society auxiliary group called the “Pet Posse” greeted folks and are seeking new members. The group aids in raising funds for pets, while having fun times. Freefallin’

Without a Chute Story and photos by Melissa Wolcott Martino

A

lways wondered what it would be like to go sky diving but were a little (or a lot) apprehensive? Settle out your fears at iFLY, the new indoor skydiving venue in Tampa. I have been skydiving (well, once) and wondered how the indoor experience compared. It really has quite the same feel without the view. This is a fun time, and may make you want to take a step further to outdoor skydiving, or you may just enjoy the security of the much safer indoors, and without that pesky parachute. At iFLY, you will be with an experienced skydiver to take you through your paces and fly with you. Watching the “real” skydivers in action makes you want to return again and again to be able to accompolish the very cool moves they can make. The military even uses iFLY for training. The action all takes place in a 14 foot diameter glass tunnel, with four turbine fans on top and turning veins on the plenum (bottom.) The wind is set around 110 for novices, and up to 160 for experienced skydivers. There is a “pilot” monitoring flyers the whole time. After you check in, you get suited up, a few pointers of what to do and not to do, and you’re off! The whole event including the training and coaching takes about 1 1/2 hours. You can also purchase photos and videos of your flight. This is fun for the whole family, from ages 3 to 103, with a 300 pound weight limit. It is also good for corporate outings, team building and sales events. I think it would be great fun for birthday parties as well. Today iFLY has 37 locations around the world, with 3 in Florida (Tampa, Orlando, and Ft. Lauderdale.) iFLY Tampa is located at 10654 Palm River Rd, Tampa, FL. 813-773-4359. GEORGE W. BUSH Portraits Of Courage

Book Signing at MacDill AFB

G

eorge W. Bush signed his Portraits Of Courage book at MacDill AFB recently. The portraits are all of wounded warriors, a subject close to Bush’s heart. He painted the portraits himself, and each portrait

is accompanied by the wounded warrior’s story. Profits from the book go to the George W. Bush Presidential Center, which focuses on helping post-9/11 veterans and families, and on the issues of veteran wellness. This book signing was available to anyone with a military ID. The lines were long (estimated at 2,000) and Bush was warm and gracious to everyone that passed through, thanking them for their service. While the press only had a 10 minute viewing window, we observed one instance where Bush stood up to hug a gold star mother. A few wounded warriors gave interviews to the press and shared their appreciation for what the former president continues to do for them. Several of the servicemen and women depicted in the book are from the Tampa Bay area. The book is available for purchase at major bookstores and Amazon. 34

RODGERS AND HAMMERSTEIN’S THE KING AND I - May 2 - 7 One of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s finest works, THE KING AND I boasts a score which features such beloved classics as “Getting To Know You,” “I Whistle a Happy Tune,” “Hello Young Lovers,” “Shall We Dance” and “Something Wonderful.” Set in 1860’s Bangkok, the musical tells the story of the unconventional and tempestuous relationship that develops between the King of Siam and Anna Leonowens, a British schoolteacher whom the modernist King, in an imperialistic world, brings to Siam to teach his many wives and children.

DISNEY’S THE LITTLE MERMAID - July 11 - 16. With music by eight-time Academy Award winner Alan Menken, this beautiful Broadway hit is based on a favorite Disney film. Fall in love with the magic for the first time – or all over again. “One of the most ravishing things I have ever seen on a Broadway stage” – Time Magazine MOTOWN THE MUSICAL - Aug 8 - 13. Motown The Musical is the true American dream story of Motown founder Berry Gordy’s journey from featherweight boxer to the heavyweight music mogul who launched the careers of Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Smokey Robinson and many more. FINDING NEVERLAND - May 30 - June 4. FINDING NEVERLAND tells the incredible story behind one of the world’s most beloved characters: Peter Pan. Playwright J.M. Barrie struggles to find inspiration until he meets four young brothers and their beautiful widowed mother. He sets out to write a play that will astound London theatergoers. Barrie leaves his old world behind for Neverland where nothing is impossible and the wonder of childhood lasts forever. 36

RENT - 20th Anniversary Tour - Sept 19 - 24. In 1996, an original rock musical by a little-known composer opened on Broadway … and forever changed the landscape of American theater. A reimagining of Puccini’s La Bohème, RENT follows an unforgettable year in the lives of seven artists struggling to follow their dreams without selling out. With its inspiring message of joy and hope in the face of fear, this timeless celebration of friendship and creativity reminds us to measure our lives with the only thing that truly matters—love.

The Florida Orchestra Celebrates 50 years with 2017-18 Season

T

he Florida Orchestra celebrates its milestone 50th season with a blockbuster lineup of concerts ranging from Carmina Burana to the Music of Star Trek & Star Wars under the leadership of Music Director Michael Francis. The 2017-18 season debuts in October and reflects TFO’s deep roots in Tampa Bay while underscoring its bold future, with the debut of two weekend matinee series at the Mahaffey Theater, the world premiere of a major work commissioned by the orchestra, and expansion of its popular Coffee series at Ruth Eckerd Hall. “The Florida Orchestra is a jewel in the crown of Tampa Bay,” said Maestro Michael Francis, who has signed on to lead TFO through the 2020-21 season. “Our 50th anniversary is a chance for us to celebrate our rich and successful past by performing favorite masterpieces from throughout the Michael Francis years. We will also look to our future with vibrant new works, including a very special anniversary commission by exciting young composer Michael Ippolito, who will capture the spirit of Florida to honor The Florida Orchestra. At the heart of our past and future is the extraordinary talent of The Florida Orchestra musicians, whom we will showcase in a variety of ways all season long. “Outside the concert halls, we will continue to grow our community programs, which have been so warmly received by everyone. We want to touch even more people this season through the power of music.” Francis leads his third season brimming with special moments to celebrate the orchestra’s 50th anniversary of bridging the bay with music -- which fittingly started more than five decades ago with an agreement signed on a boat in the middle of Tampa Bay in a merger of the Tampa Philharmonic and the St. Petersburg Symphony. The Florida Orchestra still is the only performing arts organization that unites the bay area, with performances in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. The Florida Orchestra: Masterworks and Pops tickets are $15, $30 and $45 at floridaorchestra.org or 727.892.3337 and 1.800.662.7286. The orchestra regularly performs at the Straz Center in Tampa, Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, and Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. www.AccentOnTampaBay.com

MENUS: THE EPICUREAN EXPERIENCE Thru Dec 23

T

his exhibit uses original menus as a starting point to explore the fine dining at the Tampa Bay Hotel and other grand Florida resorts from 1891 to 1932. These rarely exhibited menus draw visitors into the conversation of Victorian food, the source of food, its preparation, etiquette, fashion, and utensils that blend together to create the Victorian epicurean experience. They will briefly touch on menu art and children in the Hotel dining room. This exhibit displays original artifacts, including menus, photos, clothing, and utensils from the Tampa Bay Hotel and other Florida hotels. At the Tampa Bay Hotel, and other Florida resorts, meals were not simply about eating, but instead were a fine dining experience. Thought and care were put into food choices, decorations, place settings, music selection, and of course, menu design. Dressing for dinner often took over an hour, and meals could be a full ten courses. Meals for special events and holidays were even more elaborate. Included in the exhibit are menus from holidays.

Picturesque Paddling Trail Offers Scenic Tour of Hernando County’s Coast

by Mary Lou Janson

A

new way to naturally enjoy Hernando County’s scenic waterways and adventurously explore its coastal ecosystem is now open to paddlers. The new Bayport-Linda Pedersen Paddling Trail features miles of waterfront well suited for passengers aboard canoes, kayaks and paddleboards. The well-marked trail features signs that make it easy to navigate the route that is marked by cabbage palms, cordgrass and mangroves and carries paddlers across crystal clear water. Ramps, parking, picnic tables and restrooms make it easy to begin from either Bayport or Linda Pedersen parks to enjoy round trips or to coordinate transportation for drop off at one location and pick up at the other. Paddling distances range from 1.7 miles one-way to just under five miles roundtrip with the inclusion of the Redfish Bayou Trail. This tidal estuary is home to shore birds, oyster bars and, on occasion, manatees, dolphins and otters. There is no fee for the parks or facilities. To rent canoes, single or tandem kayaks, contact Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, at 352-597-8484 or go to http://weekiwachee.com/boating-in-florida/ rentals/. The rental fee includes shuttle service. Shuttles are also available for paddles with private watercraft. The park service also offers group rates for rentals. World Record National Parks Trip, or, “Where in the World is Mikah Meyer” by Melissa Wolcott Martino

T

here are bucket lists and then there are very ambitious bucket lists. Mikah Meyer has the latter kind. His father’s death at age 19 left him reeling, and he would take one road trip a year on the anniversary of his father’s death. This was the seed of a larger ambition that was to come some years later when he decided his goal was to visit every US national park. This is where grand ambition comes in, as there are 416 national parks throughout the United States and territories. I had the opportunity to meet Mikah recently when his journey took him to the #116 national Park on his list which was De Soto National Memorial in Bradenton. As an openly gay man he is not just doing this for himself but for the larger purpose of spreading the word that national parks are welcoming to minorities and the LGBTQ community. As of now, their visiting numbers are surprisingly low at the parks. The National Park Service is now over 100 years old, and they launched the “Find Your Park” movement to inspire folks to discover parks that

appeal to them. Mikah is an unofficial ambassador of the movement. Every state and US territory has at least one national park, and there are 14 in Florida alone. At least one is probably within driving distance from you. Mikah is from Nebraska, and is now 30 years old (though he looks 20). His journey was 4 years in the planning, and he is totally self-funded, taking donations along the way by singing in churches. His career goal is to eventually host a TV travel show aimed at the LGBTQ community. Mikah started his trip almost a year ago in April. I asked him what his most memorable parks were so far, and he mentioned the Theodore Roosevelt Nat’l Park in North Dakota, and snorkeling at Buck Island Reef off St. Croix, U.S. VI. “Life’s more fun when you talk to strangers” is his mantra as well as the title to his forthcoming book. When I met up with Mikah, I had never been to the DeSoto Nat’l Memorial before, so I was able to experience the park too. The park commemorates the

1539 landing of explorer Hernando de Soto. They have living history programs and demonstrations that take place from December to April. A nature trail, kayaking, and a picnic area are available for park goers. While most national parks charge an entrance fee, this park is free. IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: Right now the cost for a lifetime pass to National Parks for citizens over 62 is only $10. Before the end of 2017 it is expected to go to $80, or an annual pass for $20, so get one for $10 while you can! You can buy one in person at most national parks, or online. You can learn more about Mikah Meyer and follow his travels by visiting his website and following him on FaceBook. The

Southampton Inn A Classic Inn on Long Island

Story and photos by Melissa Wolcott Martino

W

When I was a child, every year my family would summer in the Hamptons on Long Island, NY. We stayed at the same beautiful beachfront property. Before you imagine the tony mansions you see on the “Lives of the Rich and Famous” it wasn’t quite like that. Actually, it was nothing like that. It was the 1950s and my family of four pitched a tent on the beach at Hither Hills State Park on Montauk Point, and would shop or take in an occasional movie in the Hamptons. They were the best of times. What made it even more enjoyable was that we went camping with our same dear friends every year. They too, we’re a family of four, same ages. Fast forward 60 years. Although both sets of our parents are gone now, my fellow camper, Lea Seligman, is still my best friend. We have managed to maintain this friendship even though we have been separated by many years and many miles. We decided it was time to take a “nostalgic” trip back to the Hamptons that we loved so much as children. We left our husbands and families home and searched for the ideal place to stay. The gracious South Hampton Inn turned out to be the perfect choice. Comfortable and centrally located, it was easy to get around and explore the east end of Long Island.

The Southampton Inn is over 40 years old, but has been refurbished to include modern amenities while retaining a cozy, homey feel. Current owner Dede Gotthelf Moan has owned it for 16 years and is very hands-on. The Inn has a beautifully manicured spacious lawn, with lots of flowering plants and a tall privacy hedge around the property — perfect for relaxing and reading a book in the Adirondack chairs that dot the property. The lobby is also a nice place to relax or chat up friends in comfy chairs by the fireplace.

The Inn’s spacious lawn. You never know who’s going to hop by while relaxing in the yard.

The Inn is the largest one in South Hampton with 90 individually designed guestrooms. Our double queen guestroom had a casual décor with very comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattresses and down comforters, and overlooked the pool and nearby tennis court. Although we left them at home, we found we could have also brought our pets along, since the Inn has 18 pet-friendly guestrooms. We were also glad to discover complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the inn.

The Southampton Inn’s restaurant, Café OSO, uses locally sourced food, with fresh picked vegetables and herbs coming from their own garden, and is highly rated in the area. We enjoyed breakfast at the Inn before we headed out to explore. The Inn is located on a quiet street, and just a short walk takes you to the Southampton Village of many wonderful little shops, galleries and restaurants. One evening we dined at 75 Main, a chic spot with soft lighting and an elegant menu. We heard it’s also a favorite stop for visiting celebrities. www.75main.com When staying at the Southapton Inn, guests can leave their cars behind and avail themselves of the many bicycles the Inn has for rent. They also have a shuttle that will take guests to Cooper Beach, only a mile away. Lea and I set out to revisit our childhood haunts (what we could remember of them.) We were pleasantly surprised to see that Hither Hills State Park is very much like it was 60 years ago, only perhaps more RVs than tents now. The beautiful 200 year-old Montauk Point Lighthouse still guides ships as it did in George Washington’s day — with a bit of modernization. Although the Hamptons are thought of as a summer retreat, there are a lot of things happening throughout the year. The 4th of July is, of course, the biggest weekend, but Halloween is fun, and Christmas time is gorgeous. Carolers stroll the streets, and there is a candlelight tour of beautiful homes. With all the cedar shake houses, it is very reminiscent of a Norman Rockwell painting in the winter. Saturday nights, from October to May is the popular “Rising Star” Piano Concert Series which takes place in the Southampton Cultural Center. There are plenty of events taking place every weekend, which you can check out at the Hamptons website.

The Inn’s lobby is cozy and relaxing. 68

COOLSTUFF! “I

! n e h c t i K In The

AnySharp

THE Best Knife Sharpener

t’s a poor workman who blames his tools.” I know you’ve heard that old adage, but sometimes it is the tool’s fault. In this case, any chef/cook will tell you the most important tool in the kitchen is a knife. A sharp knife. If it isn’t sharp, it can be the cause of much frustration and unpleasantness. The AnySharp Knife Sharpener Pro will be a chef’s 2nd most important tool in the kitchen. There are other knife sharpeners out there, but if you’ve tried a lot of them, as I have, you know they may be difficult to use, may work for a little while, or not work at all. The AnySharp is hands-free, super easy to use, and tucks away in a drawer when not in use. It will sharpen pretty much any kind and size knife (except ceramic), even wide tooth serrated blades which are usually difficult. A few light strokes and you’re done. If you don’t want to tuck it away, you can leave it out as they come in a variety of colors sure to match your kitchen decor. (Pink Cream, Pistachio, Almond Cream, Royal Red, British Racing Green, Royal Blue, Orange Zest, and Citrus Lime.) A handle snaps a rubber base tightly to your counter so you are hands free, then releases easily when you are done. Once you add this tool to your kitchen gadgets, your soufflé may frustrate you, but not your knife. AnySharp Pro also comes with a 10 year warranty, and is available at Amazon.com Visit the AnySharp website for more information on this and other products.

Tiffins

Story and photos by Melissa Wolcott Martino and Al Martino

A Fine Dining Restaurant Inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom After a full morning or afternoon of enjoying Animal Kingdom, guests become totally immersed in African and Asian animal lore. The whole park is designed to transport you to that world, and the restaurants are themed with African-influenced menus. The Tusker House in the Harambe marketplace features family-friendly food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Harambe Market is an open-air casual food court with some unique tastes. And there is Pizzafari, which has, of course, pizza, plus flatbreads, pastas and salads.

A

The newest concept in dining in Animal Kingdom is Tiffins, an upscale restaurant with an adjacent bar called the Nomad Lounge, located on the Discovery Island section of the park. This is not something you would expect to find inside the theme park, but it is a welcome edition. The cuisine covers influences from Africa, Asia and South America, and is outstanding. As is with all Disney concepts, the design of the restaurant itself is well-thought out, and carries a storyline with it.

The artwork throughout is quite clever and authentic. A wall behind the reception desk is a hand-carved relief map of Africa and Asia depicting animals from those regions, and it is exquisite. There are other wall-hangings and sculptures that are equally fascinating, which all goes to making your dining experience that much more enjoyable. The Nomad Lounge serves delicious cocktails as well as interesting beer and wine, and some small plates set among comfy sofas.

We savored a lovely 4-course meal with our group at Tiffins which opened our eyes (or should I say mouths) to wonderful new tastes. On the table, a silver serving bowl contained different breadstuffs that were quite unique and tasty, and were accompanied by several dipping sauces of Pomegranate Olive Oil, Harissa Yogurt, Zhough Yogurt, Black-Eyed Pea Hummus. Our first course was a flavorful salad of Roasted Baby Beets with

Nomad Lounge adjacent to the restaurant. www.AccentOnTampaBay.com

Goat Cheese Crema, Walnut Granola, and Sun-dried Cherry Vinaigrette, then a Seasonal Fish Crudo with Roasted Corn Salsa, and Lime. This was perfectly paired with a Torrontes Bodega Colome, the signature white wine of Argentina. The second course was Black-eyed Pea Fritters with Zhough Yogurt and black-eyed Pea Hummus, and Marinated Grill Octopus with Artichoke, Saffron Aioli, served with a Matetic Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. The grilled octopus was one of the table favorites. The main course had such a wide-ranging choice of delicious-sounding items it was hard to choose. I settled on the Wagyu Striploin and Braised short Rib which was served with Rainbow Carrots, Roasted Peruvian Potatoes and Chimichurri. A paired wine was Carmen Merlot from Chile. The meat was flavorful and melt-inyour-mouth wonderful — a wise choice on my part. Table mates ordered a variety of food, so we all genially

offered tastes around. The served food looked gorgeous enough for a cover shot on Bon Appétit. Some of our companion’s dishes were a Berbere-Spiced Lamp chop with Mustard Greens, Lentil Stew and tomato-Mint Jam, which received many kudos from the group. Another well-loved dish was the Hoisin-Glazed Halibut with Forbidden Rice, Swiss chard, and Turmeric Sauce. In keeping with the amazing dinner, desserts were likewise wonderful — especially the Calamansi Mousse made of Mango Lava and Swiss Meringue. Yes, this was a pricey meal, however, it was also an unforgettable event and memory to take home as part of the Animal Kingdom experience.

THE ULTIMATE HIGH ROLLER CHOCOLATE

DEAL ME IN with Mark Pilarski www.markpilarski.com/

PROGRESSIVELY RIDING YOUR STREAK Dear Mark: My brother-in-law swears that after every second win, you double your bet. He says you are keeping the first win after raising the bet and then using house money for the raise. So, his method is $5, $5, $10, $10, $20, $20. If you win six hands in a row, you win $70. Losing six hands in a row costs you $30. What are your thoughts on this system? Bill L. Your brother-in-law’s wagering system is a progressive method of betting where the bet-size is systematically changed, up or down, across a series of hands according to his own predetermined ($5, $5, $10, $10, $20, $20) formula. There are an almost endless number of variations of both positive and negative betting progressions distinguished from one another by when the progression is invoked, how much the wagers are raised or lowered, and when the progression is terminated. The progressive system I have suggested in the past is similar to

EXPERIENCE ABOVE THE LAS VEGAS SKYLINE www.ethelm.com Chocolate has the power to transform a casual bite into a deep, multi-sensory experience. Journey 550 feet into the air on the High Roller observation wheel, as it launches the in-cabin chocolate tasting experience with Ethel M Chocolates. your brother-in-law’s in that, like him, I set a predetermined percentage increase to follow any winning bet, and I retreat to the table minimum after a loss. My progressive system goes like this. I increase the wager that follows any winning bet - except the first - by 50%: First $5 bet wins, next bet also for $5 wins, and now we’re off on the 50% gallop: $8, $12, $18, $28, etc., then drop to the table minimum – ‘flat betting’ – after every loss. Like your brother-in-law, I take a conservative approach and lock up that first $5 win, and wait for a second win before bumping up my bets to engage my variation of a progressive system. Doing some simple Sister Cyrilla fifth grade arithmetic, here are the totals after six hands. For starters, the typical gambler that flat bets $5 per hand would net $30 after six wins. Your brother-in-law nets $70, and my progressive system returns $76. Every winning hand thereafter – taking into consideration that he bumps up his bets incrementally as he has every two hand by $10 – the progressive formula that I use will outperform his. Every winning streak will have an end sometime, so your brother-inlaw’s way or mine, the potential gain when using a positive progressive system when on a Eureka moment clearly out performs flat betting. Just so long, Bill, as you don’t www.AccentOnTampaBay.com

employ the Martingale system of betting. The Martingale System is a ‘negative’ progression betting system whereby you do exactly the opposite by increasing your wager size after each subsequent loss. In essence, you, the gambler, double your previous bet (after a loss) leaning on the statistical certainty that sooner-or-later you are bound to win. Far too many players believe the Martingale system is foolproof because you have to win eventually. The problem with this money management technique is: 1) you do not have an inexhaustible bankroll to take on multiple losses, and 2) the casino owns the bank and sets the rules—like table limits. Allow me, Bill, to show you how lethal this form of wagering can be. You bet $10 and lose, then $20 to recoup that loss; followed by $40, $80, $160, and finally $320. Six wagers and you have just invested $630 to get your measly $10 back. Your next bet needs to be $640, but your $10 games may have a table limit of $500. A string of six defeats and you are up against the table limit, possibly tapped out and still chasing ten buckaroos. Have you ever met a gambler who has not lost six, eight or even ten hands in a row? I sure haven’t. Ask any dealer and he or she will tell you that it happens far more often that you can ever imagine.

STEINBRENNER FIELD Yankees Spring Training $40 Million Renovation Story and Photos by Melissa Wolcott Martino & Al Martino

here is a whole new ballgame at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa. After two years and $40M, the Yankees Spring training stadium really shines with new seats, bars, lounge areas with cushioned seats, a 2-story gift shop, and tasty new food selections and specialty cocktails throughout all the concession areas. Walking through the tunnels to the brand new stadium seats, fans pass large photo murals of players and some baseball trivia adorning the walls. Folks can stroll completely around the park along a walkway and stop to get a bite to eat in one of the many concessions. Some lounge areas are open for regular admission fans, and some are for premium ticket holders. They have large screen TVs so you don’t miss any of the action while you’re getting food or beverage, but pretty much anywhere you go has an open view to the game anyway. Another plus for those hot game days are the cool misters that are placed around the stadium. We found the new food options that dot the stadium to be quite good. Staples such as hot dogs and hamburgers have been upgraded with new sauces and fixin’s, and a more varied menu has been added. There is even a smoker for meats on property. The field has been reconfigured to be the same as Yankee Stadium in NY so the players will really feel at home. And so will the fans in this new incarnation of Steinbrenner Field.

Fair Trade Bags

www.smateria.com/

S

materia makes cool and attractive bags, purses and accessories using only re-purposed, up-cycled or recycled materials, including fishing net, plastic shopping bags and leather off-cuts from a sofa manufacturer. The bright-colored, long-lasting bags are designed with Italian flair and made by Cambodian artisans. Smateria’s philosophy is to use materials that already exist or that have been designed for another purpose, and create a whole new accessory. Smateria’s greatest triumph is recycling plastic bags while training and employing women displaced from Phnom Penh under the city’s wave of building and urbanization. Every Thursday, a Smateria employee travels to a shanty village and trains the women to crochet and knit plastic strips. She takes new patterns and templates, oversees their techniques and checks the quality of the products. The women work at their own pace, in their own time for fair wages and safe labor conditions as well as daycare and free school for their children. Every purchase made provides an average of five meals to children in Cambodia.
