Louis a Oosthuizen and Jason Kokrak came in 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Bubba Watson tied for 4th with Sungjae Im. World #1 Dustin Johnson finished tied for 6th with Jon Rahm and Ryan Armour. Event goers enjoyed the amenities at the tournament, including the new Chillounge concession area. If you havenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t experienced Chillounge before, daytime white furniture transforms into lighted colors at night for a festive atmosphere. New to the Chillounge experience is the Silent Disco, where folks have headphones tuned to their own choice of music to dance away to without bothering other people. Josh Cellars Grape and Grain by the 9th green provided some shade with their wine bar area serving their popular California wines. A Fortnite Zone was set up by the 18th green, and many more activities could be found throughout the tournament. 27th ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT IN COACHMAN PARK. The annual hunt also includes pony rides,

a petting zoo, face painting, train rides, gyroscope and bouncy houses. The hunt itself is free, and the small fees collected for the attractions are donated back to community charities. The park will open at 11am, with the scramble for 30,000 Easter eggs filled with 140,000 pieces of candy beginning at 12:30. Among the thousands of colorful eggs will be hidden 300 golden eggs. In addition to other attractions at the event, the Easter Bunny and his companion will be taking photos with families. Food will also be available for purchase. The event will run until 2pm. The glass eggs will be hidden along Central Avenue from I-275 (16th) to 5th Street in downtown St. Petersburg, Fla. The hunt will begin on Easter Sunday, April 21 at 7:30am (about sunrise time). First come, first served - once they are found, they are gone. Please limit your “finds” to one egg per family/household, etc. Just so others can enjoy the fun as well. Then media teamed up with pro drivers who raced in o Phot the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg later that week in a pro-am karting challenge. IndyCar drivers participating were: Sebastien Bourdais, Santino Ferrucci, Ben Hanley, and Colton Herta. Road to Indy drivers participating were: Rinus Veekay, Kyle Kirkwood, and Hunter McElrea. SRO TC America drivers participating: Michael Hurcyzn, and Nate Vincent. Sebastian and Oliver Wheldon, the young sons of the late IndyCar racer and local resident Dan Wheldon, also raced each other.

Yes, we all know that the Seminole Hard Rock is the place to go for lively casino entertainment, but the dining options there are also top notch. Some folks say “but I don’t gamble,” and I say think of the HR as a dining destination. We have sampled all of the restaurants there at different times and can attest to the high quality of food and service at all of them. Our most recent dining experience took us to the Rez Grill located on the 2nd floor of the casino, and we were super satisfied with our meals. The decor is comfortable, with muted brown tones and geometric patterns. Intriguing photos of Florida cypress trees adorn the walls, and an inviting bar separates the restaurant from the casino. A nice ambiance, and even though you are just steps away from the casino floor, you don’t Cont... really hear/notice the sounds of slots.

There were four of us dining, and we started off with a very flavorful Wild Mushroom Soup with crème fraîche, croutons, and chive oil, and just couldn’t get enough of the marvelous Benton’s Ham with house biscuits, cherry-pepper jam, and red-eye aioli. The Shrimp were huge, succulent, and served chilled, with rez spice, cocktail sauce, and gringo blanco sauce. We skipped the tasty sounding salad offerings as we had some amazing entrees coming up. Berkshire Pork Chop (jumbo!) comes with toasted farro, with Benton’s ham-bourbon demi, and is amazingly tender. St. Louis Ribs were also fall-off-the-bone tender and we all concurred the pork chop and ribs were the best we’d ever had. Lobster Thermidor was served with frisée, blood orange, pomegranate, sherry béchamel, fontina, and shitake mushroom. That, too, was superb. We all love Brussels sprouts, and the Rez grills them and adds sweet soy glaze, brandy raisins, and sesame. From the superb to the sublime, the desserts are also excellent. We sampled the Chocolate Budino with dulce de leche, soft cream, chocolate soil (that’s what they call it!) and a Lemon Curd with burnt meringue, blueberry purée, and crumble. The food choices are elegant with some up-scale down-home flavors as well, such as cheese grits, fries, and burgers. Drinks are creative, even in the presentation. Sangria comes in a juice-pack style bag so you can take it out of the restaurant with you on to the casino floor. Even if you’re not a gambler, do yourself a favor and don’t overlook the wonderful dining options at the Seminole Hard Rock. You would really be missing out. This exhibition explores the extraordinary life of renowned music promoter Bill Graham (19311991) who helped launch and promote the careers of countless rock & roll artists. As a promoter and manager, he worked with iconic artists including the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Fleetwood Mac, the Who, Led Zeppelin, the Doors, and the Rolling Stones. It also traces the indomitable spirit of a man brought to the United States as an eleven-year-old Jewish refugee fleeing the Nazis, fueling a lifelong passion and advocacy for social justice. Treasured photographs and artifacts from Graham’s early life and career will be on loan from the Graham family. An installation of “The Joshua Light Show”- the trailblazing liquid light show conceived in 1967 by multimedia artist Joshua White, which served as a backdrop to many Graham-produced shows - will be customized by White specifically for the exhibition. It will be one of several gallery components designed to evoke the sights and sounds of the era.

Sam was forced to flee Germany to Shanghai, China. Inge was trapped in Berlin during the war and was constantly under the eyes of the Nazi regime. After the war they met in the United States and married, beginning a new phase of their lives. Inge saved her Star of David patch, important documents, and a number of pre-war family photographs. ig Cat Rescue is the world’s largest accredited sanctuary devoted to big cats. The nonprofit sanctuary is home to more than 70 lions, tigers, leopards, cougars, servals, caracals, and

TAMPA BASEBALL MUSEUM A traveling exhibit featuring seven of Tampa’s top baseball professional will be on display. he Magritte & Dali exhibit at the Dali Museum is the first time the two surrealist icons have had a solo pairing. Magritte & Dalí takes viewers on a journey from the late 1920s to the early 1940s, the period when the two artists spent significant time together and displayed their works in the same Surrealist exhibitions. Although both had very different and distinctive approaches to their respective paintings, they were equally committed to implementing practices that challenged reality and generated fuller freedom of imagination and experience. Their works also employ several shared themes which are explored throughout the exhibition. Over 30 works are on display including photos of the artists. Visitors will enjoy the special interactive “cloud room” and the opportunity to capture images of themselves intermingled with surrealist icons & symbols. The exhibit continues through May 19, 2019. Epic Axe Throwing is the first-of-its-kind in Orlando, a rustic “sport” open to anyone over the age of 13. Guests will have coaches on hand to teach them the art in a safe environment, for a unique new attraction with a competitive “edge.” It opened in late-2018. NEW RESORTS AND HOTELS Orlando accommodations continue to experience significant growth. By the end of 2019, Orlando is expected to add approximately 6,000 new rooms. My beef against a continuous shuffler is that they invariably favor the house because more hands are dealt per hour when the dealer does not have to stop and shuffle the cards. New Seascapes by Frank Lind at Kingsborough Art Museum

he new Realist seascapes of famed American painter and longtime Pratt Institute professor Frank Lind will be on display in a new art exhibition at the Kingsborough Art Museum (KAM) at 2001 Oriental Boulevard in Brooklyn, NY. The Kingsborough Art Museum is located on the campus of Kingsborough Community College, The City University of New York and museum director, Dr. Brian E. Hack will host the show, Tide and Time: Paintings by Frank Lind from April 17 through May 15, 2019. The exhibition focuses on the theme of the seascape and brings together many of Lind’s recent and masterful compositions dedicated to his long considered subject of the Atlantic Ocean. Frank Lind has been addressing the sea and shore for a good part of his long and impressive art career. A Rhode Island native, Lind is a lover of water sports and also creates works of art so dramatic and true to life that viewers can almost hear the giant waves crashing when viewing Lind’s paintings. Rocks, moss, and shells loom large in Lind’s seascapes as he nearly achieves the impossible – trying to visually stop time in its watery tracks. Lind’s various seascapes visually capture the moment just before a wave hits the beach or as rushing sea water fully envelops a shoreline rock formation. Upon close examination, Lind’s paintings in the KAM exhibition detail the unique anatomy of a wave as it crests with its complex colors and various hues. Lind’s paintings take on and highlight the vast expanse of the ocean yet make it relatable, intimate,

Lind has been drawn to the long and important tradition of American landscape painting put forth by such famous painters as William Merritt Chase, Winslow Homer, and James A. M.
