關愛動員(國際)有限公司(下稱：關愛動員)成立於2008年，是一 間香港註冊的慈善機構(註冊編號︰91/9677)。自成立以來，一 直致力推動社區的憐憫工作，我們認為憐憫不同於施捨，憐憫是 內在生命的質素，是生活態度，是有愛由心發出來的果效，讓人 感受被愛和接納。我們不分宗教、種族、國籍、階層，並積極連 結不同伙伴，藉着物資轉贈、外展探訪及家庭支援等，幫助社區 有需要的人。關愛動員現時的服務項目集中在港島東區，主要對 象為無家者、拾荒者、新移民、獨居長者、單親及低收入家庭。 Action Care is a Hong Kong registered charitable organization (File No. 91/9677) established in 2008. Our goal is to serve our needy community through acts of love and mercy. We perform more than charity work. Mercy is a quality of life, an attitude resulting from our love inside, which makes people feel being loved and accepted. Our community is served regardless of their race, nationality or religion. We serve the homeless, scavengers, new immigrants, elderly, single parents and low-income families in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. We serve the needy through aligning different organizations with appropriate resource allocation, and by outreaching programs to meet their needs.

聖誕千人盆菜宴 Christmas Poon Choi Feast 聖誕千人盆菜宴是關愛動員每年
盆菜宴於下午4時開始，歡樂嘉年
的重頭節目，不經不覺已經舉辦

演亦一浪接一浪令人目不暇給，除 了有兩代同台獻唱，還有話劇、武 術、讚美操等節目，表演者帶動全 場投入互動，大家心連心營造了一 個溫暖又難忘的平安夜！
Christmas Poon Choi Feast is our highlight event each year. With the support of our loyal volunteers, we are able to serve hundreds of participants with love and care. There were two years in the past that our volunteers carried umbrellas and wore raincoats to serve under bad weather conditions. “Peace to each generation� was the theme for our ninth anniversary. Our goal was to offer a chance for family gatherings and to celebrate Christmas season with our neighbors. We have gathered over 400 volunteers to serve around 1000 participants. Our entertaining programs were for everyone: youth, kids and parents. In our variety show, we also featured singing from family groups, dramas, Chinese Marital Art, etc. We wish to offer a memorable experience for each generation!

It gathers generous donation from different sources. It creates an opportunity for our volunteers to interact with the neighbors. Through daily interactions, we are able to build a trusted relationship. As such, we can provide a more custom support to each one of them. 食物援助服務 Food Bank 關愛動員除了是聖雅各眾膳坊的伙 伴之外，加上樂餉社、膳心連及惜 食堂和自家關愛糧倉。我們凝聚了 不同機構的資源，發揮互補及支援 的效用。 Action Care is a partner of St. James Settlement. In addition to this source, we also work with FeedingHK, Foodlink and Food Angel. Our goal is to gather resources from different sources and optimize the use of them.
「關愛糧倉」主要是為那些難以應 付日常開支的人或家庭而設，以紓 緩他們在經濟上的壓力。 Action Care Food Bank aims to provide food support to individual and family that have financial difficulties.
「有機蔬菜服務」，由農夫輝哥善 心捐贈。每星期兩次的派發，旨在 減輕有需要家庭的生活開支。 Organic Vegetables distribution is a generous donation from Fai Gor. This event happens twice per week. Again, this aims to relieve the financial burden on food for some families and individuals.

Family is also the basic unit of the society; it plays an important role in the forming and passing on culture and values. Our mission is to transform life, family and community. Therefore, we have designed educational, practical and growth- driven activities to facilitate communication amongst family members. This aims to drive the unity of family and to reinforce family function. Besides providing material support to the family, we also hope to bring some sparks to their lives and create some memorable moments.

As such, we have organized a parental support group so that parents have opportunity to share the problems they encounter in parenting. Tutors provide guidance and advice to these parents through discussion and life examples so that they can practice and improve their parent-child relationship.

婦女藝術手作坊 Women Art Program 繼2015年，關愛動員與香港大學行為健康研究中心的實習 生開辦「我是美麗‧成為賢德的婦人」手作坊之後，好評 如潮，促使我們再次合作。這課程內容上較專注在她們的 分享時間，及引導她們從手工藝製作抒發個人感受，讓有 需要的婦女得到支持。手作坊製作分別有：帆布袋設計、 輕黏土擺設及指甲油藝術杯設計。 為讓學員容易投入，我們加入熱身遊戲，也邀請曾參與過 的婦女當義工，可從旁協助及與學員建立互信的關係。手 作坊每次完成作品後都會舉辦一個小型的「展覽會」，透 過導賞學習互相欣賞別人的作品，用文字寫下感覺和鼓勵 的說話，從中建立友誼及正面價值觀。 我們也與聖公會李福慶中學家教會合作辦了手作坊的變 奏，讓家長婦女可以透過多元藝術了解自我，手工項目包 括：咕𠱸、紙黏土擺設、蝶古巴特環保食物袋、樹膠飾物 等，學員普遍都認同手作坊能促進社交，更可抒發內在情 緒。 Using Art Experience to create a personal oasis for women worked really well for this community. Action Care worked with volunteers from Hong Kong University to use Art Experience to help women to relieve their pressure and express themselves better. We held workshops like DIY bag and nail paining, and the results were positive. We also invited some ex-students to join this program as volunteers. They helped the new comers to adjust to the class and built a trusted relationship. After each class, everyone had a chance to share and express their appreciation for each other. Action Care also organized another Art Program with SKH Li Fook Hing Secondary School Parents Association. Results were positive,

在這實習期間，我體會到用「心」的重要。就是特 別在服侍時有上帝的愛心在我們中間，我更覺得我 要付出自己些微的力量，去散播耶穌的愛心。在 「關愛動員」我要負責幫小朋友補習，也要設計活 動，但原來不是想像中那樣簡單，要有多方面的考 慮，懂得多思考。我亦試過探訪一個婆婆，原本不 知道該怎樣跟她溝通，但大家一見面時，她就已經 興高采烈地說着自己的事情，聽着她講自己的人生 經歷，發現我們需要的可能只是一份關心，就可以 關懷別人。在參與「青才camp」的時侯，很高興 可以突破自己，認識新朋友，了解自己的不足。 I learnt everything that we do, we shall do by our heart. I particularly realize that God is with me, I am so small and need to rely on God’s abundant grace to move forward. When I reach out to the kids or elderly, I think the most important thing is to love them. It does not matter how good or smart we are. The most important is to have a humble heart and realize how small we are.
