W
e are now on the first Sunday of May, and I thank God that He has been continually blessing His church and its ministries. I still hear several good responses from our last week’s youth conference, and I also see your excitement and involvement in our upcoming Daily Vacation Bible School. Our theme for this month is, “Revival through Holy Living.” Every believer must have a desire to live a holy life pleasing unto God. We will never be sinless on this side of life, but we have the precious Word of God to teach and instruct us to sin less. Christian life is not designed to be like the world, but to be a light in this darkened world. Our testimony, our walk, our talk, our attitude should all reflect that there is a Saviour living in our hearts. As such, I encourage you to continue your faithfulness in church attendance and soulwinning. This is the place where we will be taught to live holy and help others to live a holy life as well. That is the life pleasing to God.

“PAKABANALIN MO KAMING MGA NANAY, O DIYOS” Beata B. Agustin Pakabanalin Mo kami, aming Diyos Ama. Iyan ang dalangin naming mga nanay sa pagtalikod sa masama… Subalit nahihirapan kaming sa Iyong utos ay sumunod at tumalima Kaya, lagi Mo kaming tulungan bilang mga tinubos mo sa paggawa ng tama... Nang maipakita namin sa aming mga anak ang pag-ibig sa Iyo’t kanila itong madama! Pakabanalin Mo kami, aming Tagapagligtas. Iyan ang naisin namin tungo sa makalangit na paglikas… Subalit napapatigil kami ng makalupang bakas at pansariling batas Kaya, lagi Mo kaming sagipin upang tunay na makapagpatuloy sa Iyong lakas... Nang mahila namin ang aming mga anak mula sa impyernong kapighatian ang wakas! Pakabanalin Mo kami, aming Panginoon. Iyan ang pagsamo namin habang sa Iyo nakatuon… Subalit napapabalik kami sa aming likong landasin noon Kaya, lagi Mo kaming dalhin sa Iyong daan kung saan aming paa’y ibaon … Nang maakay namin ang mga anak sa kalooban Mo’t maging masaya sila roon! Pakabanalin Mo kami, aming Hesus na Ilaw. Iyan ang layunin namin bilang tinaguriang sa tahana’y tanglaw… Subalit napapaandap kami ng aming mga agam-agam na nakakasilaw Kaya, lagi Mo kaming paliliwanagin sa diwa Mong nakakaalis ng panglaw… Nang maturuan namin ang aming mga anak ng Iyong katotohanang mapagsaklaw! Pakabanalin Mo kami, aming Kristo. Iyan ang pakiusap namin sa aming hangaring mapawasto… Subalit napapalihis kami dahil sa pagpupumilit sa aming gusto Kaya, lagi Mo kaming imulat sa aming mga pagkakamali’t pagkalito… Nang masaway namin ang aming mga anak sa kanilang kamunduhan ng Iyong panuto! Pakabanalin Mo kami, aming Hari ng katuwiran. Iyan ang mithiin namin sa pagsagupa sa bawat kasamaan… Subalit napapabagsak kami ng takot, pagdududa’t kaduwagan Kaya, lagi Mo kaming itindig sa aming dakilang pakikipaglaban… Nang maipagtanggol namin ang aming mga anak sa pamumuhay na walang kabuluhan! Pakabanalin Mo kami, Espiritung Gabay. Iyan ang adhikain namin sa paglilingkod na may tagumpay... Subalit napapahina kami ng aming pananampalatayang mabuway Kaya, lagi Mo kaming patatagin sa Salita Mong aming haligi’t suhay… Nang mapatnubayan namin ang aming mga anak sa pamantayan Mong matibay!

Bro. Ed Almario Area 27 headed by Bro. Ed Almario is only one of the 36 areas of our Church. It is an extension arm of our Pastor, Dr. Ed, in fulfilling the Great Commission in honor of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This area includes the following barangays in Biñan: Zapote (Jubilation site), Langkiwa, Timbao, Malamig, Bo. Biñan, Loma, Celina Homes, and Celina Mansions. These places are typical remote areas. Public utility jeepneys have their “last trip” at 8:30 p.m. Riding a tricycle is another means of transportation but one needs 35 pesos to avail of one. Transportation in these places is expensive and hard so it requires a lot of financial sacrifice for the members to cope with our Church’s midweek service; yet, there are still four frontliners residing at the mentioned places who are faithful and dedicated to their ministries. Area 27 has its own Bible Study Center that is located at the residence lot of Bro. Laguyo in Brgy. Malamig. It is the site of a regular Bible study every Thursday night at 7:00 after the soulwinning where all members are given an opportunity to participate in the program through giving memory verses, testimonies, and special numbers. The fathers are assigned to give the devotion. Likewise, the said Bible Study Center serves as a good news classroom for children who are 12 years old and below. As such, an average attendance of 35 young people and adults and 15 children gather in the Bible Study Center every Thursday night. Every week, the Lord is blessing Area 27 with an average of 15 to 20 soulwinners and 80 souls won. Together with their Area Leader, Area 27 members have 130 YP/A and 20 children as Church attendees every Sunday morning and 80 YP/A and 8 children in the afternoon. They are renting 7 jeepneys along with 7 other vehicles of the members to bring these people to the Church. They are averaging 20 during Wednesdays and are also bringing 7 to 10 FTVs with 1 baptism per week. Area 27 soulwinners are looking forward, hoping, and praying to enlist themselves in our church ministries to serve God along with their Area leader. There are many hardships and far away distances that Area 27 members are facing, but those will not hinder them to serve God and get involved in our Church ministries. Furthermore, please pray that Area 27 will soon have a vehicle to shuttle new members who are willing to attend the Wednesday doctrine class. To God be the glory! MANALANGIN KA NG GANITO Panginoon, ako po ay isang makasalanan at nangangailangan ng kapatawaran. Nanampalataya po ako na nadanak ang dugo ni Hesus at Siya ay namatay sa krus para sa akin. Tinatalikuran ko na po ang aking mga kasalanan. Tinatanggap ko po si Kristo Hesus sa aking puso bilang aking Tagapagligtas. Amen.
