Victorious Christian Living in our FELLOWSHIP "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ."

ALF OF THE YEAR has already passed, and we need to be grateful to God for all the blessings and victories He has given us these past months. He has been faithful in many ways. One of those is through motivating us to have a victorious Christian life through our church. That blessing still continues as we tackle “Victorious Christian Living Through our Fellowship” this month. I believe that this is one of the most important truths every Christian should learn because who and how we fellowship with have a lot to do with the influence we get, which is a big factor in our faith’s growth. We should realize that victorious Christian life is only gained by those who spiritually grow scripturally. Let us have a humble attitude in learning more from God’s Word today. I would also want to appreciate your continual prayers for us and your faithfulness while we are still out of our country. I preached for a three-night Missions Conference here in Washington. Then, another church invited me to preach for four consecutive nights until Tuesday. Please pray with me that revival may come to them as I share the zeal that we still have in the Philippines in serving God. May I encourage you that even though sometimes we think our labour for God is not noticed or is being wasted, always be reminded that there is somebody looking at you as a source of encouragement. As your pastor, I may not see your involvement, but God surely does and some people around are surely being blessed. Keep up the good work for God! I am excited to see you again in few weeks time.

I. Biblical fellowship starts when the Almighty Father communes (unites, agrees) with the sinners through the Saviour’s atoning blood. A. Sinners are doomed forever without the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. B. Saints are defeated further without the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. C. Servants of God are depleted frontward (onward) without the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. II. Biblical fellowship is strengthened when abased followers communicate (pray) to the Saviour thru His amazing benevolence (kindness, generosity). A. Believers acknowledge their nothingness through prayer. B. Believers admit their naughtiness through prayer. C. Believers accept their neediness through prayer. III. Biblical fellowship is stabilized (becomes constant) when active followership contributes to the Saviour’s assisting body. A. Believers contribute to Christ’s assisting body when they witness with their lips. B. Believers contribute to God’s assisting body when they witness with their lives. C. Believers contribute to God’s assisting body when they witness with their living.

Unbelief cannot live in the sunlight of fellowship with God. Trying to live the Christian life without fellowship with Him is like being perpetually hungry without eating food.

A man’s true value consists in his likeness to God. What gives value to his thoughts, his feelings, and his actions is the extent to which they are inspired by God, the extent to which they express the thought, the will, and the acts of God. - Paul Tournier

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

ACTS 29 | JUNLY 03 | PAGE 03

by Sis. Beata Agustin In the grief of my soul; Whenever I turn toward iniquity’s pole… Lord,You drive me within Your salvation-fellowship’s goal Where You forgive me by Your blood’s cleansing role. In the weariness of my flesh-humanity; Whenever I long for comfort’s serenity… Lord,You lead me within Your restoration-fellowship’s stability Where You reinvigorate me by Your fortitude’s upholding security. In the vexation of my spirit; Whenever I fall into confusion’s pit… Lord,You pull me within Your justification-fellowship’s wit Where You uplift me by Your wisdom’s enlightening summit. In the trial of my faith-steadfastness; Whenever I grope in doubts’ darkness… Lord,You grab me within Your instruction-fellowship’s earnestness Where You establish me by Your Word’s reinforcing truthfulness. In the challenge of my conviction; Whenever I wander from standard’s perfection… Lord,You bring me within Your correction-fellowship’s function Where You straighten me by Your exhortation’s admonishing sanction. In the temptation of my desire; Whenever I sink into carnality’s mire… Lord,You carry me within Your sanctification-fellowship’s fire Where You guard me by Your holiness’ transforming ire. In the testing of my commitment; Whenever I compromise for world’s compliment… Lord,You place me within Your devotion-fellowship’s enrichment Where You strengthen me by Your principles’ building settlement.

Ayon sa Biblia, Iisa Lamang ang Daan Patungong Langit!

A

4. Ibahagi sa iba si Kristo Hesus.
