Out-process from Hohenfels with one checklist By Christina Wilson USAG Bavaria Public Affairs The U.S. Army Garrison BavariaHohenfels community has centralized many of their program services in the last several years to simplify and expedite the clearing process. If you are one of the many people who will have an upcoming Permanent Change of Station, you have a lot on your mind and what you are most likely hoping for is a smooth PCS. The out-processing program is designed to assist service members with much of their out-processing needs. Among other things, the Central Processing Facility will: • Assist with out-processing

requirements by providing a detailed list with all the agencies involved in the clearing process • Provide a timeline that will show the key dates to clear the garrison The out-processing program is mandatory for all military and civilian personnel, regardless of service branch or civilian affiliation (applies to GS, NAF and Contractor employees). Anyone who worked in the Hohenfels military community and used local services should clear those services. Civilian personnel will contact their local human resources specialist or Civilian Personnel Office for out-processing requirements.
