Acofi gestiona dos fondos de inversión dedicados a las energías renovables que apoyan a los actores industriales del sector mediante el establecimiento de financiaciones colateralizadas adaptadas a las necesidades específicas de cada prestatario y que les permitan afrontar los retos de la transición energética: • Predirec EnR 2030: Financió más de 730 MW por un total invertido de 164 m€. • Predirec ENR 2 con un tamaño objetivo de 300 m€ Son eligibles a nuestros préstamos varios tipos de activos: • Proyectos eólicos, fotovoltaicos, hidro o de biomasa • Ubicados en la zona euro • Estados de los proyectos: Greenfield ready-to-build, en construcción o en operación • Ingresos contratados (subvención, PPA) o por la venta en el mercado mayorista. El quantum de los préstamos se basa en el ratio de cobertura de los préstamos y se determina en función del flujo de caja generado por los activos subyacentes. Ofrecemos esquemas flexibles de amortización hasta 15 años, incluyendo una parte bullet a madurez. Las garantías solicitadas se limitan al “collateral pledge” contra las acciones de la Holco, y contra la cuenta de tesorería de la Holdco. Ofrecemos tarifas de reembolso reducidas para adaptarnos a las necesidades de flexibilidad del sponsor. Finalmente, y para facilitar el proceso, ACOFI dependerá, en su caso, en la due diligence del vendedor o de las due diligences existentes realizadas por el banco para la deuda senior y / o por el Inversor durante el proceso de adquisición. Estos instrumentos de deuda se dedican a espónsores, desarrolladores y productores independientes de energía expandiendo sus negocios y buscando equity sin tener que vender parcialmente sus proyectos.
With 40 employees and more than EUR 2,2 billion assets under management through 19 funds, ACOFI focuses on four main sectors: Real Estate, Corporate, Sub-sovereign and Renewable Infrastructures. ACOFI manages two investment funds dedicated to the renewable energies that support industrial players of the sector by setting up collateralised financing adapted to the specific needs of each borrower and helping them to meet the challenges of energy transition: • Predirec EnR 2030: Financed more than 730 MW for a total invested amount of EUR 164 million. • Predirec ENR 2: The target size of the fund is EUR 300 million to finance more than 1 GW. Various types of assets are eligible to our loans: • Wind, photovoltaic, hydro or biomass projects • Located in the Eurozone Project status: Greenfield ready-to-build, under construction or in operation • Contracted revenues (subsidy, PPA) or from sale on the wholesale market. The quantum of the loans is based on the coverage ratio of the loans and is determined on the basis of the cash flow generated by the underlying assets. We offer flexible amortisation schedules up to 15 years, including a bullet portion at maturity. The requested guarantees are limited to the collateral pledge against the holding company securities and against the holding company treasury account. We offer reduced and friendly repayment fees to adapt to sponsor’s needs of flexibility. Finally, and to ease the process, ACOFI will rely, if any, on the vendor’s due diligence or on the existing due diligences performed by the bank for the senior debt raising and/or by the Investor during the acquisition process. These instruments are dedicated to sponsors, developers and independent power producers (IPP) expanding their business and looking for equity without having to sell part or all of their projects. 133
