HAIZEA WIND GROUP IS AN INDUSTRIAL GROUP ESTABLISHED IN 2017 AND FOCUSED ON THE MANUFACTURE AND ASSEMBLY OF METAL STRUCTURES FOR WIND TURBINES. THE GROUP HAS FACILITIES IN SPAIN AND ARGENTINA
Haizea Wind Group tiene tres líneas de negocio diferentes: fundiciones, torres eólicas onshore y offshore, y cimentaciones offshore. El grupo está compuesto por: • Haizea Grupo WEC, empresa nacida en 2003 con el objetivo de suministrar a nivel global grandes componentes estructurales fundidos (hubs, bastidores principales o ejes principales) para la industria eólica, integrando fundición, mecanizado y tratamiento superficial en las instalaciones propias ubicadas Itziar-Deba (Gipuzkoa) y Agurain (Araba) • Haizea TecnoAranda, con una de las mayores capacidades instaladas en Europa, lleva desde 2009 fabricando y entregando de manera satisfactoria torres eólicas para los principales clientes de la industria desde sus instalaciones en Aranda de Duero • Haizea Bilbao, ubicada en el Puerto de Bilbao, surgió en 2018 para enfocarse en la producción de torres y cimentaciones offshore, como monopiles. Nuestras instalaciones fueron diseñas para cubrir las dimensiones actuales y futuras de los componentes offshore, y contamos con acceso directo a una línea de atraque • Haizea Sica, ubicada en Santa Fe (Argentina) desde 2018, se estableció on el objetivo de suministrar torres onshore. Las diferentes empresas e instalaciones del grupo nos ayudan a cubrir una parte importante de la cadena de producción de un aerogenerador. Con más de 1.100 personas en el Grupo, Haizea Wind Group prevé seguir la tendencia de crecimiento de los últimos años para convertirse en el próximo proveedor eólico mundial. Nuestra experiencia nos permite garantizar el suministro de componentes cumpliendo con los requisitos más exigentes de nuestros clientes. Haizea Wind Group has three different business activities: casting, onshore and offshore wind towers, and offshore foundations. The group is integrated by: • Haizea Grupo WEC, a company founded in 2003 with the aim of supplying large cast components (hubs, main frames or main shafts) for the wind industry globally, integrating casting, machining and surface treatments in its own facilities located in Itziar-Deba (Gipuzkoa) and Agurain (Araba) • Haizea TecnoAranda, with one of the largest installed capacities in Europe, has been successfully manufacturing and delivering wind towers for the industry’s main customers from its facilities in Aranda de Duero since 2009 • Haizea Bilbao, located in the Port of Bilbao, was established in 2018 to focus on the production of offshore towers and foundations, such as monopiles. Our facilities were designed to cover the current and future dimensions of offshore components, and have direct access to a berthing line • Haizea Sica, located in Santa Fe (Argentina) since 2018, was established with the objective of supplying onshore towers. The different companies and facilities of the group help us to cover an important part of the supply chain of a wind turbine. With more than 1,100 people in the Group, Haizea Wind Group expects to follow the growth trend of recent years to become the next global wind supplier.
