More than just a pay packet

We recognise that to be an Employer of Choice we need to be more than competitive when it comes to staff benefits. So while pay and training will always be the biggest focuses, we deliver on many others

Salary packaging is available to all of our employees. The opportunities to salary package in our sector are greater than in most others as the Federal Government allows employees of Not-for-Profit companies to pay the highest $16,000 of their pay (approximately) without deducting any tax or paying Fringe Benefits Tax. We use the services of EPay to ensure that this is available to all staff, not just a select few.

We encourage all staff to take advantage of this benefit as it gives them at least an extra $5,000 per year* in the hand, which can make a big difference for the personal circumstances of our staff and can, in turn, make staff much happier about life and work; increasing their desire We don’t believe in special privileges for a select few. Our CEO does not have a PA, his own parking space, or benefits that aren’t on offer to other staff members.
