As Employer of Choice we offer many benefits. We also expect our staff to deliver a higher level of performance and commitment than some other organisations

We do this to help our staff to be their best, but most importantly to maintain our service levels to our clients. We aim to delight our customers every day and we do sweat the small things.

If a client likes to go to the Club every Wednesday night - we make sure it happens. If a client has a new interest in sport and we need to develop a new program - we make sure it happens. If a supported employee wants to learn a new computer skill - we make sure it happens. We often get thrown hurdles in life such as cars breaking down, or people being sick, but our staff are committed and resourceful to push the extra mile for clients - to make sure it happens.

With this high level of employee expectation, we also provide a high level of staff benefits. We have delivered more than $400,000 worth of performance incentives to staff to ensure they are recognised for their excellent effort.

We undertake regular performance reviews where staff can showcase their successes and performance highlights. We also have regular team meetings to ensure our clients are receiving the dedicated and personalised service that they deserve. We will be expanding even more on this in the coming year with eLearning and more frequent staff one to one meetings. The reason for this is to create accountability for our staff to their customers and their teams.
