Words from MCP 這是2019的最後一個Quarter,而當你們打開這個Application的時候,在思考什麼呢? 這一年我們創造多少影響力?這一年有多少人因為我而願意挑戰自己而成為領導職位?我們創造多少個影響生命的交換經驗? 我相信這一年的經歷絕對刻苦銘心。 1516年度我選擇擔任海外成長副會長,是因為我相信海外成長可以帶給研習生多大的生命影響經驗,因而突破種種挑戰,在2016年, 我們拿下北大分會一個只有5000個大學生在的校園市場難以置信可以拿到的獎項-最佳海外成長。 2016年度我選擇擔任北大分會人才管理部門副會長,是因為我相信經過挑戰的淬鍊,每一個台北大學的學生可以在AIESEC 北大分 會找到屬於自己的價值,我們不必因為科系或學校資源不理想而埋沒,從此可以找到自己的定位與方向, 成為影響世界的重要角色,在面臨北大分會只剩下4個執行團隊幹部的過程中,我們撐過去了。 2017年度我選擇擔任北大分會的會長,更是因為相信走過這段瓶頸過後,中階幹部 (MS) 漸漸穩定,分會 慢慢凝聚向心力,而我相信2017年的北大分會可以做更多在三鶯地區的青年與社會所創造的影響力, 因此我希望在這一年打造的北大分會可以成為全台灣的分會榜樣,並藉此影響在地,影響台灣。 在那一年,我們媒合126個交換計畫,以及創造105個台灣與國外研習生的交換經驗,同時分會 前後總共有近80個北大學生加入AIESEC或在AIESEC往上擔任領導職位,皆是那年的全台第一。 選擇挑戰台灣總會,面對大環境的挑戰,我更希望這個讓台灣青年可以探索自我並發掘潛能的地方 可以用更不一樣的方式突破與成長,所以挑戰1819年度的總會組織發展副會長。 最後走到1920台灣總會會長,我相信這一年絕對會是與你們一起共享並見證AIESEC in Taiwan 近五年最輝煌且最具影響力的一年,為了打造三年後「首屈一指的青年組織」,我與 我的總會團隊以及每一個你們每天不間斷地挑戰自己,希望創造更多交換經驗以及我們發揮 最大的影響力。 上面的故事只想告訴你們的是:Don’t Stop Until You’re Proud. 要在台上光鮮亮麗很簡 單,我們可以衣著鮮明或是講話漂亮,但要在台上具有影響力卻如此不簡單,因為正需要每 一個堅持,以及在堅持背後的堅毅,因而你站在台上是由內而外的閃閃發亮。 而到今年結束,你希望用什麼樣的方式站在台上訴說自己的故事? 此次年度獎項更開放EI/OE共同角逐的獎項,所以我們希望在今年冬季大會,每一個透 過審核通過公平競爭的你們,在這次晚宴的舞台上,訴說什麼故事? 謝謝每一個在2019年度挑戰自己的AIESEC in Taiwan的大家,讓我們成為每一個台灣 青年的曙光,照亮未來。
