Job Description 1. According to the Function you are assigned to, solving the cases submitted to ECB based on XPP. 2. Ensure all the rights cited in XPP is accurately informed to the function’s EPs and co-create the comprehensive education system of XPP and the knowledge of crisis management with the national ECB team. 3. Do the function’s cases analysis with the national ECB team and be the executor of auditing and developing the customer experience management based on XPP and the concept of customer centric. 4. The Team member will be required to attend the ECB training, and the date will be discussed and announced after the members selected.
